On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

The place is magical, the surrounding forest gives peace and privacy and from the terrace you can enjoy a 360° view of Piedmont. The place is magic, the nature give you peace. The Montosolo 'Tower is the only building remaining from the castle built in the tenth century and it takes 15min. to Turin's center.

On the ground floor, a 90 sq. m. open space ‘The Green Space’ with 5/6 beds (doubles and/or singles), for families and/or groups of friends, where your furry loved ones are welcome! Bus line 30 will take you to Turin in 10 min. The Basilica of Superga is 50 min away by bike. Alba and the Langhe are also 40 minutes away. The sports centre is a 5 min walk away.

The partially attic accommodation was renovated in August 2016 and consists of an entrance/living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The rooms have air conditioning and the accommodation has private parking inside the property's garden. It is a 10-minute walk and 3 minutes by car from the city center.
