Simple and convenient

Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Maison T4, plain-pied, jardin.

Idéale pour découvrir la région toulousaine, cette agréable maison, parfaitement bien équipée, soigneusement décorée, bénéficie d'une proximité appréciable avec tous les commerces de première nécessité. Une entrée ouvre sur une spacieuse pièce de jour composée d'un salon, d'un coin repas et d'une cuisine qui ouvre sur une terrasse donnant sur un jardin privatif. La cuisine est completée d'une arriere cuisine. Pour le coin nuit, 3 chambres (6 couchages) 1 salle de bains avec douche, 2 WC.

Appartement T2

Enjoy the atmosphere of a "belle époque" style cultural café. This two-room accommodation is an independent part of our personal apartments located above the Café Culturel La Grande Famille. It offers you the choice between the calm of the countryside, near Toulouse, (Monday to Thursday) and the possibility of enjoying (without obligation) village life in the café open to the public from Thursday evening to Sunday. Living space, concerts, possibility of meals on site.

Entire place T3 + garden

This 53m2 home is on the edge of the Nature Reserve. With family or friends, it will allow you to enjoy a stay borrowed from nature, visits or rest. Its 100 m² garden will allow you to enjoy convivial moments. The river and its natural beach are a 5-minute walk away. 20 minutes from Toulouse, it is also well located for visiting cities like Albi (1h), Carcassonne (1h15) and Gruissan (1st beach in the Mediterranean at 1h45). Train station 5 mins by car.

Independent studio

Independent of our house, 15 minutes from Toulouse, with an area of 16 m², it will allow you a quiet stay in complete privacy. It consists of an equipped kitchenette, sleeping area and small bathroom. Equipped with reversible air conditioning, it will offer you all the comforts you need for your stay: Smart TV, fridge, combined microwave oven, induction cooktop, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Au coeur du centre ville de Pinsaguel, vous bénéficiez d'un accés rapide à la zone commerciale de Roques et Portet-sur-Garonne (3 min en voiture de la route d'Espagne) ainsi que la Gare SNCF de Portet/St Simon. Le logement fraîchement rénové est équipé d'un lit en 160x200, d'une kitchenette, d'une salle de douche, climatisation/chauffage réversible et d'un parking gratuit. L'essentiel de cuisine ainsi que les draps et serviettes sont fournis.
