Enjoy the atmosphere of a "belle époque" style cultural café. This two-room accommodation is an independent part of our personal apartments located above the Café Culturel La Grande Famille. It offers you the choice between the calm of the countryside, near Toulouse, (Monday to Thursday) and the possibility of enjoying (without obligation) village life in the café open to the public from Thursday evening to Sunday. Living space, concerts, possibility of meals on site.

This 53m2 home is on the edge of the Nature Reserve. With family or friends, it will allow you to enjoy a stay borrowed from nature, visits or rest. Its 100 m² garden will allow you to enjoy convivial moments. The river and its natural beach are a 5-minute walk away. 20 minutes from Toulouse, it is also well located for visiting cities like Albi (1h), Carcassonne (1h15) and Gruissan (1st beach in the Mediterranean at 1h45). Train station 5 mins by car.

In the heart of the city center of Pinsaguel, you have quick access to the Roques and Portet-sur-Garonne shopping area (3 min drive from the Route d 'Espagne) as well as Portet/St Simon SNCF Gare. The newly renovated accommodation is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed, kitchenette, shower room, reversible air conditioning/heating and free parking. Kitchen essentials as well as linens and towels are provided.
