Room of 13m2, Netflix wifi; next to the Spanish Aviación metro, 15' from downtown. Parking, pharmacy, pharmacy, supermarket, bus, and train Everything very clean and the bathroom even more. I would be barely enough for three people counting on you. I accept 2 people, but for a short time and have an additional 12 euros day; smoking only in the patio. I have pets, they are old and do not bother. Minimum of 4 days. Not if you will regret installing with me, because I am attentive, pleasant and flexible.
