C'est un endroit isolé au bord du lac Thor,(2 min à pied)pour les gens qui veulent s'éloigner de la ville, pr une réunion tranquille de famille ou se promener dans notre forêt de 100 acres.Il est situé tout près du parc Frontenac de la SEPAQ.Il n’y a aucun voisin immédiat loin des virus! Si vous cherchez un coin perdu au milieu des bois - mais avec une vue imprenable (voir photos) - et un accès facile et privé au lac, vous ne serez surtout pas déçus! Le Petit Caouette est niché à 550 mètre d'altitude sur le flanc est du mont Tanguay; il est aussi à cinq minutes en auto de la plage publique du Lac Wallace. C'est un endroit très calme au milieu de la forêt. Le chalet a deux étages; la cuisine, le salon et les toilettes sont à l'étage du haut; les deux chambres et le vestibule (avec poêle à bois) sont à l'étage du bas. L'étage du haut a de grandes fenêtres qui vous permettent de jouir de la vue magnifique sur les montagnes.

Built in 2014 on two floors with three bedrooms and a garage overlooking the lake for added convenience. Everything is included so you can travel light. A pedal boat is at your disposal, as is the space for the fire with wood included. Dogs may be allowed on request, but please mention this beforehand. The beach is beautiful.
