Lovely spot to relax and spend a weekend getaway. Would definitely love to visit again! Well appointed space with great kitchen for nights when you want to cook and relax. Lovely breezes from the water and view of the Gulf!

The place was very nice, loved the decorations. I had been thinking that since it had an elevator that it would be a place my husband and I would return to. (This was a girls trip) but with staying I know it would not work well for him the only issue would be he would never get up off the couch it was low but comfortable. So if you have someone with movement issues keep that in mind. If it’s a girls trip again I most definitely will be willing to pick this place again.

Very cozy place. Felt like home. Great location. Crossing Seawall Blvd to get to the water was easy and could be done with small children. Douglas is a great and prompt communicator. Highly recommend.

Awesome place and exceptional hosts! Place is nicely appointed and well taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and good pool area. Hosts communicate well and are very responsive. Great location to attractions and restaurants without being in the middle of the commotion. Highly recommend this property!!

Very last minute stay, and hosts were very communicative! Nothing but kind to me and my friends! Their stay was very quiet and lost to do in the area. I would definitely come and stay here again!

This was our second stay at this unit. Daniel and Sam are wonderful hosts—kind and communicative throughout. The unit itself is very clean and beautifully maintained, with stunning beach views from the balcony. Highly recommended! We would love to return in the future.

Perfect location, amazing views! The beds were comfy, the kitchen had any and everything you could need or want. East access to tons of fun! The people working at Seascape were all so kind! Absolutely perfect vacation. We will absolutely be back!

Great place to stay!

My family of four had a wonderful time at this beach house. It's quiet & peaceful. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the neighborhood park/pool & 5 minute drive to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen had most essentials and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return

My family and I had a great time at Arpita’s home. We have 3 small children so the kids friendly space was a nice feature to have. It was a short and easy walk to the beach. The house was very clean and in great condition. Response time for any questions was very fast. We would definitely stay here again!

The Cozy Beach House was perfect for my family's weekend beach trip. The location is great, with views of the water and a 2-minute walk to beach access. It's on a quiet street filled with vacation homes with convenience and liquor stores nearby. Beach chairs and a wagon were provided in the downstairs closet, the washer/dryer was really nice to have, and the AC kept everyone comfortable. Super easy contactless check-in and check-out. The listing photos accurately represent the place. The only downside was the cleanliness of the place. A wet towel was left in a sink, the floors - which our toddler was crawling around on - were visibly dirty with sandy footprints in the rugs which came out with vacuuming. Almost all of the stainless pots and pans had food burned on them, making them unusable. I'm being generous with my 5 stars because beach houses like this are admittedly difficult to keep clean, and overall we were really happy with the place and the price we paid.

We had a 5 star weekend all the way around at Hook, Wine, and Sinker. This has been one of our favorite Airbnb stays! The house is beautiful and has everything one might need in a short term rental and more. The beds were all extremely soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. We opted to pay a little extra to have the pool heated and that was a good move so we could use the pool all day even when it was cooler outside. The outside spaces were amazing and so enjoyable for my family. The house is stocked with plenty of board games and books too. Tyler was responsive and helpful. I have not a single negative thing to say about our stay. It was perfect!

The place was absolutely amazing. Loved how quiet it was and secluded will definitely be back again. Sadie was also extremely accommodating when requested to check in a little earlier and was very responsive to all the needs.

absolutely amazing!! the house was beautiful and location was excellent. we had a golf cart delivered from Rick's and used it to get food from the pizza place, Mexican food, supplies from the food mart, go to the coffee shop, the neighborhood park... the incredible pool (heated!) and hot tub, the fishing right off the lower deck, all the areas outside to sit and chat, the wonderful kitchen for meal prep... we hardly left the house. and an elevator?? since all living area is on the second and third floors, it was great for loading and unloading. i can't say enough. we all said it was the BEST vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! Even with nearby homes, it felt quiet, peaceful, and surprisingly private—perfect for our family getaway. House was exactly as pictured, with a cozy, beach-weathered charm. The downstairs outdoor space was a highlight, and the hot tub was a great bonus (some sand in it, but totally expected at the beach!). The beach gear was definitely past its prime, but still appreciated and useful. The views were absolutely unbeatable, and despite the slightly higher price, we felt the experience and location were worth it. The only issue we had was an unexpected visit from a man who said he was there to check on some repairs. No one had notified us, and he entered bedrooms—including one where teenage girls were sleeping and our personal belongings were out. It caught us off guard, and I had to reach out to confirm he was actually sent by the host. A heads-up beforehand would’ve made us feel much more comfortable. Overall though, we had a fantastic stay!

My family and I had a great time. The home is equipped with everything you need. Loved the view of the water on both sides of the house. The view from the master bedroom balcony. It is located in a peaceful and quiet community. We will definitely book again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The heated pool, and quick and easy access to the beach was exactly what we were looking for! Loved having a balcony overlooking the pool and able to see the beach as well so our teenager was able to roam independently while we kept an eye on him. Also close to the Seawall and Moody Gardens and a lot of delicious places to eat. Will definitely like to book again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! April’s balcony views were wonderful and she had lots of towels to use during our stay. We also loved that she had beach chairs and a wagon for us to use. Had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay with our little family. The condo was charming, well equipped and in a fantastic location for a long weekend beach trip! We would love to stay again in the future.

The only negative I can say about it is that the street between the condo unit and the beach is quite busy and noisy, but we knew the street was there from the pictures so we weren’t surprised.

The host is very easy to communicate with! This place is amazing and we miss it already. From the minute you walk in, those VIEWS!! It was never really busy at the pool, and even if it was it's a 300 foot pool. Not much to worry about. Beach access was easy, the condo itself was clean and enjoyable and quiet! We are very much a "chill out on vacation" mode family and we still were able to go swim at all times and come back and relax. Great place, I see us being back one day. We're already homesick for that place and those views!

Our stay was relaxing and we felt right at home. Everyone we ran into on the property was friendly and welcoming. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed. The host and co-host were quick to respond.

Perfect view of the beach from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful pool and super quiet. Very relaxing stay.

David was very prompt to messages and we were able to check in early. I felt like he really cared about making our last minute get away great. The condo is exactly as described and a nice spot for my husband and I to unwind. You can't go wrong with this little hideaway. Jody and Michael
