Lovely place in Pispala

A unique and fresh log house in the heart of Pispala. Large windows, bright as a studio. Air heat pump with cooling function. The space is about 35m2 + a loft of 16m2. The Brunssi-lounaskahvila is located opposite, and there is also a K-market and a beach nearby. The house is in a quiet courtyard. There are stairs on the walkways. Wifi. Keypad, 24-hour check-in. Sleeping arrangements: 160 cm wide double bed and 80 cm sofa bed in the living room. The loft has a 140cm wide futon double bed, as well as an 80cm wide single bed.

Welcome to Hygge Viinikka, Tampere! The Viinikka area is an idyllic museum-protected wooden house area, right on the outskirts of the city center. It's 1.5km to the train station and Stockmann. The yard is lovely to drink your morning coffee with an apple garden view or lounging with a book. The house is a 100-year-old red log house that has recently been renovated to meet modern needs. However, the old spirit has been honored and even that has been spared. Private sauna with modern spa vibe in the starry sky ❤️

Cozy apartment near Nature. The fitness trails leave the backyard, then you want to run on the trails or ski in the winter. The trails at the Soppee ridge call a mountain biker. On the glazed deck, you can enjoy even if you make an afternoon. When you look at the fireplace, it's lovely to read from the couch when the fall evenings get dark. The bedrooms both have separate quality beds 2pcs. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with 8-person dinnerware, from shampa glasses to a nut pot.

The House with a Spa

Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

Järvenrantatalo 30 minutes from Tampere

House on the shore of the fishy Mahnalanselkä. A peaceful rural location, yet with good transport connections in many directions. A garden plot where the sun shines almost all day. You can admire the sunset from the lake thanks to the rowing boat, two kayaks and two paddleboards at your disposal. A long, low, soft-bottomed beach heads west. The wood-fired sauna offers good steam. Hot tub use must be agreed upon separately. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes for 12 people.

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. You can also get next to it by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The lot is in use in the summer time (from 1 May to 30 September).

Once home to a simple red summer house, the property has been thoughtfully rebuilt into a year-round base with three bedrooms, two saunas, and a terrace overlooking the lake. Guests can swim, paddle, or enjoy long meals outside—while Tampere and Ylöjärvi remain close for exploring beyond the shoreline.
