The house has two parking spaces right in front of the front door (one under a carport), three bedrooms, a spacious living room-kitchen, sauna facilities, and a separate toilet. In the vicinity of Ruka, on the shores of Lake Suininki, there is a new luxury destination. There are 8 beds in the main building. The building has two bedrooms, a spacious loft, a remote workstation, a sauna, a dressing and washing area, a utility room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the shore of the lake there is a large hut and a separate beach sauna with a wood-fired stove. The place is suitable for luxurious taste and peaceful holidays. Ruka is about 20 minutes by car and Kuusamo city center is about 20 minutes away.

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Space for 4–5 people. The beach sauna can be booked separately for €30/hour (the sauna is preheated, and time slots are between 6 pm and 10 pm).

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
