This modern 50m² sauna boat offers the perfect combination of luxury and closeness to nature – the boat floats in stunning lake landscapes in the middle of the most beautiful nature, with all services within walking distance. Only 30 minutes from Tampere! The wooden sauna on the upper terrace is literally on the lake, in breathtaking lake scenery. After the sauna, you can enjoy the fireplace and let your thoughts calm down by the water. For an additional fee (€40), you can also use a hot tub to complement your relaxation.

The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

Avara vuonna 2000 valmistunut hirsimökki järven rannalla noin 30 minuuttia Tampereelta! Sijainti sympaattisessa Kutalan kylässä kalaisan Kuloveden rannalla suojaisassa lahdessa. Mökille on syksyllä 2025 rakennettu maisemakota. Myös ulkovalaistus on uusittu ja nyt käytössäsi on Philips Hue -valaistus, jolla saat kirkkaan valkoisen tai vaihtoehtoisesti kauden teeman mukaisen valaistuksen koko ulkoalueelle. Mökkiin on lisäksi uusittu kaikki keittiön koneet (mm. induktioliesi ja kiertoilmauuni).

Huvila sijaitsee Näsijärven rannalla. Paikka on turvallinen, ranta on matala ja loivasti syvenevä. Ympärillä metsää ja rauhallisuutta. Loistavat marjastus- ja sienestysmetsät! Ei lähinaapureita. Huvilalla ei sallita railakasta juhlintaa. Majoitusmaksuun sisältyvät vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet, hinta huomioitu siivousmaksussa.

Villa Korte is cozy and modern Villa on the shore of lake Tömäjärvi. Newly renovated with modern needs in mind will keep you satisfied all year long. You will find king size (160cm) beds from both of the two bedrooms and one pull out couch in the living room. Sauna and shower facilities are located at the other end of the villa with direct access to the terraces, jacuzzi and along the wooden path to the pier. Note! A unique sauna cabin that combines the new and the old. With its own beach and beach terrace, this peaceful resort in the middle of the forest is easy to relax in.
