This is a quiet and peaceful location, with easy check-in and great communucation. The new diesel heater was fast and efficient, heating the room nicely. It was a charming pad with all the pottery made by Kimba. Be sure to take the opportunity to go up and have a look at her studio!

Julia has created a delightful space that feels welcoming, comfortable and cosy and is full of small, thoughful touches. Such a lovely space to come to at the end of what had been a long day. The bed was super comfortable and the location was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended. We would also recommend the Mountain Folk cafe in the centre of town. Only recently opened, it offers amazing breakfasts at very reasonable prices. Thank you Julia!

A great place to stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. Marvelous grounds with heaps to explore for our dog, and myself, who likes gardening. Very handy to many places and we visited Te Awamutu, Otorohanga Kiwi House. Raglan and Waitomo Caves
