Bienvenue à la petite ferme de Murielle et Jean Pierre nichée au cœur de la Lomagne gersoise comparée à la douce Toscane italienne. Ancienne ferme d'élevage transformée en gîte ce lieu est idéal pour accueillir des familles, groupe d’amis. Depuis cinq ans, nous avons transformé cet espace en un lieu accueillant où il fait bon vivre. Le gîte, entièrement rénové dans un esprit éco-responsable vous pourrez découvrir les principes de la permaculture et pour les pratiquants aller encore plus loin.

Le Moulin Neuf est situé à 5 km de Fleurance , à 24 km d' Auch, et à 16 km de Lectoure, ville thermale. Niché au cœur de la campagne , le gîte Coco est un havre de paix confortable pour un séjour au vert, permettant de rayonner dans la région . Le gîte est une dépendance restaurée en 2020 d’un ancien Moulin à eau, au milieu de 5ha de prairie . C'est aussi le logement idéal pour le célèbre Festival astronomique de Fleurance et pour des employés en déplacement. Chien accepté à la demande .

Le moulin est excentré mais situé à 10min de Lectoure et Fleurance, 15min de Castéra Verduzan et 20min de Condom. Pleins de petits villages atypiques à découvrir loins des grandes villes.

The Atelier Cottages/ The Eiffel Gîte

The Eiffel cottage is really atypical with its clover-shaped Eiffel bridge column and industrial mezzanine overlooking the living room. This column is a masterpiece of an Eiffel bridge reused here to support the floor. It is a very spacious, completely renovated old barn (130 m2) with a lot of character. Its earth-colored style recalls its original state of clay and brick. This cottage has a bar and a summer kitchen. Sleeps 4-6 people.

Countryside Dome

Come and stay in our 20 m2 dome in the heart of a Gers village. Located close to our house, not overlooked, you can walk around and discover colorful landscapes, hills, sunflower fields... For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky. Breakfast is included and packed lunches are available on request.

The terrace, adjoining the large kitchen, close to the 16th century tower, ensures good times with family and friends. A private road will take you to our lake in 5 hours.
