Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pisa

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

It was a wonderful experience, in a house that to say perfect is to say little: private parking, house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating out thanks to a private terrace. All this is set in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher shop and even a pharmacy! All within a 3-4 minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded promptly to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

We arrived later than expected due to a delayed flight and I couldn't find my directions for parking. I phoned Lorenzo who came and found us and took us to the apartment. Because of the time there was no where that we could get something to eat so he brought us snacks to keep us going until the morning. There where items that we could have for breakfast already provided. We found its location for getting to all the major cities ideal, either by the train service which was close ,and not expensive (15.20 euros ) for 2 return tickets to Florence , or by car. Pisa , Lavorno, Lucca and Sienna all around an hours .drive. Silvia was always helpful and did not impose herself on us unless we needed help. This was our first time in Italy and it was a very pleasant time .We would use again if we returned to this area without hesitation.

Our host, Luca, was great. He knew what time we were arriving and was waiting for us with the keys to show us around. he responded very quickly when we called him. The accommodation is super well located, 10 minutes walk from the train station, close to everything. Super clean and probably recently renovated, because everything is new and modern. If I come back to La Spezia, I would definitely stay at this place again. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation! Luca, thank you so much!

It's a beautiful area and I would recommend this place highly to anyone! The bikes are old and the brakes kept seizing, so plan on renting some if you want to do more than just a little riding.

Lovely place. Convenient location to walk to everything

Accommodation in the city center, you are a 5-minute walk from the sea, the port, via Grande and via Cairoli, the streets with shops. Close to the Mercato Centrale, which is not only a building to admire, but also convenient for shopping. The apartment enjoys the panoramic view of a loft. I arrived and Ilaria was at home to welcome me for check-in. Super kind and very nice. I have not found any defects or inconsistencies with what is described on the site. Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

This apartment right in the heart of La spezia was perfect. So easy to get to the train station just a 15 minute walk away to explore Cinque Terre. The apartment was beautiful, very well kept and had everything needed. The trash was a bit of a hassle but other than that everything was great. Silvia was a very good host and very communicative. Thanks for everything!

The apartment had an amazing location because it was 2 minutes walk from the tower of Pisa. The Airbnb felt homely and comfortable. We slept really well each night. There was a stunning view over the mountains from the balcony, that I spend half an hour each morning enjoying. I really enjoyed spending time with the 2 dogs (Schnauzers) that live with Cristina, who are very friendly. I hope I can stay again next time I visit Pisa!

La Forestaria is truly an amazing! Not only is it beautiful and peaceful but we had so much fun there! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone! It was a very quick drive to Lucca and near anything you may need! If you’re staying here I would also recommend trying to join one of the cooking class hosted at the location! We had an amazing time and I truly hope we come back one day!

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. It felt like visiting family. The hosts are the most genuine, thoughtful couple we've ever met. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly responsive and offered fantastic recommendations for the area, but what really made our experience special was the cooking class we did with them. We learned how to make fresh pasta and dessert from scratch, then shared the most delicious meal together. It wasn’t just a dinner,it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. Out of our entire 19-day trip through Italy, this was hands down the highlight. The property itself is straight out of a movie. The home is stunning, filled with character and charm, and the grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly capture the magic of Tuscany. If you're looking for an authentic, heartfelt experience that goes beyond just a place to stay, this is it!!

We have just returned home after staying with Robert at "Il Gallo" for five days. It has been a really wonderful stay in fantastically beautiful and cozy surroundings and we have been spoiled with a lovely breakfast, good advice on trips in the nearby area and the opportunity to relax and enjoy the tranquility of this very special place. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Dileta and made to feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here, particularly as a couple. The food available for breakfast and evening meal was amazing. The self service bar was a pleasant feature and the swimming pool was outstanding. Can’t say enough good things, and even when we had an issue with the A/C it was resolved promptly. A lovely family feel to the property and a what I really wished for visiting Tuscany.
