With a fantastic view of vineyards and the sea, lies our little Sardinian gem. The apartment is 45 m2 with a large terrace facing the sea. On the terrace you are happy to sit and have dinner at sunset, barbecue available. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen, and 1 bathroom. We have a small pool in the area that you can use. The apartment is located 900m from the village of Badesi. In Badesi, there are 2 large grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés. It is 3 km down to Badesistranden

Stazzu iris

A characteristic Sardinian stazzo finished with fine materials, equipped with all the comforts. It has a beautiful view of Lake Liscia and a large green space for spending days relaxing. It is ideal for those who go fishing or practice sports such as canoeing and surfing. A few kilometers away is the thousand-year-old olive tree S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. You can go hiking on the Limbara massif at 1360 meters. 10 km away is Calangianus with its renowned cork museum and the tombs of the giants of Pascaredda.

STAZZO ISOLA ROSSA OF GALLURA

It is an ancient and characteristic Stazzo well restored and made habitable, functional and equipped with every service (washing machine, hairdryer, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, TV). The two outdoor spaces belonging to the house are very beautiful and enjoyable. The outdoor pergola with wisteria and breakfast table, kissed by the first morning sun, while on the opposite side, a sort of natural patio with stone flooring and some olive trees, shade the large space that can be used for lunch and dinner.

Villetta Granito

On the first row by the sea, the Granito villa enjoys an excellent location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where there are markets, bars, restaurants and small shops. The living room divided into two rooms, an area with the dining table and one with the sofa and the TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. . Outside the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a magnificent sea view.

Overlooking the sea, the studio apartment Sa Domo Isola Rossa in Trinità d'Agultu impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 35 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine. This property features a private outdoor space with a garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. The property is located close to the beach.

The house is part of a two-family home, each of the two has its own private outdoor space. Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning/Heat Pump only in the living area. N/B: Bed and bath linens not included, available on request for a fee.

Fantastic beaches such as Li Cossi (5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot), La Marinedda (Isola Rossa) or Cala Sarraina (20 minutes by car) are in the immediate vicinity. Near the villa there are many leisure activities – also for families. Sailing and surfing can be done in Isola Rossa or Santa Teresa di Gallura, a diving base and boat rental are located directly in Costa Paradiso.

Additional amenities include a fan as well as a TV. A shared laundry room is also at your disposal.
