STAZZO ISOLA ROSSA DI GALLURA

Si tratta di un antico e caratteristico Stazzo ben restaurato e reso abitabile, funzionale e munito di ogni servizio ( lavatrice, phon, doccia esterna, arredi per esterno, TVMolto belli e godibili i due spazi esterni di pertinenza alla casa. La pergola esterna con glicine e tavolo per la colazione, baciati dal primo sole mattutino, mentre sul lato opposto, una sorta di patio naturale con la pavimentazione in pietra e alcuni ulivi, ombreggiano l'ampio spazio utilizzabile per il pranzo e la cena.

caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti di Pascaredda.

Med en fantastisk utsikt över vinlundar och hav, ligger vår lilla Sardinska pärla. Lägenheten är på 45m2 med en stor terrass mot havet. På terassen sitter man gärna och äter middag i solnedgången, grill finns. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/ köket och 1 badrum. Vi har en liten pool på området som ni kan nyttja. Lägenheten ligger 900m från byn Badesi. I Badesi finns det 2 stora mataffärer, restauranger, caféer. Det är 3 km ner till Badesistranden

La casa fa parte di una bi familiare, ognuna delle 2 ha il proprio spazio esterno privato. Wi-Fi e Aria condizionata/ pompa di calore solo nella zona giorno.
