We had a magical time at Andrea's place in Bomarzo. From the moment we arrived, Andrea welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is tastefully renovated, blending harmoniously with its history and surroundings. It's evident that Andrea is an architect, and the place looks even better than the photos suggest. We especially loved the high rock wall in the living room, which forms the base of Duke Orsini's fortress, and the beautiful views of the valley. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The village of Bomarzo and the surrounding area are also beautiful, with much to see and explore. Andrea provided a guide with recommendations, which was very helpful. We really enjoyed visiting the Sacro Bosco and the fascinating Etruscan pyramid nearby. This is a very unique and special place, we highly recommend staying here.

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

We had a wonderful stay! There were four of us and we all had a great time: the room was cared for in every detail, cozy and full of charm, it immediately impressed us. Maddalena was an exceptional host, always kind, helpful and ready to make us feel at home. It's rare to find such a warm welcome. She was flexible and very kind even with the check-in times. The garden and the beautiful dogs and cats that welcomed us were also fantastic. In addition, Maddalena was also super attentive to our request for a gluten-free breakfast, a gesture we really appreciated. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Highly recommended. We will probably return in the future for a longer stay.
