The house, part of a late seventeenth-century building, is located near Via Casalnuovo, in the upper part of the Sasso Caveoso. It is located in a privileged position, in the silence of the Sassi but 300 meters from the pedestrian area where walking in the historic city center in a few minutes on foot you can reach the most interesting places of the town. It is possible to park the car on the street, a few minutes walk from the house or in a guarded parking at a cost of about 10 euros per day.

The trullo has been recently renovated respecting all the historical and architectural features of the structure without renouncing modern comforts. In addition, it has a large garden at the complete disposal of customers only with hot tube. Every morning, a full breakfast will be served inside your room kindly prepared by Mamma Nunzia.

The suite offers a double bedroom with the possibility of an extra bed. It includes a lamione with bunk bed, sofas, TV, kitchen, fridge and bathroom. The lamione consists of a bunk bed with wrought iron partition and curtain, and a double bedroom with double windows overlooking the courtyard and an exposed tuff vault. A bed can be added. The relaxation room is equipped with sofas, TV, DVD player and Home Theater system. The kitchenette includes a fridge and a table.
