We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. There is also a lot of off-road bike trails. To Piteå center it takes 10 minutes by car. Free parking and access to 11 kw electric car charger. Smoke and animal-free. Warmly welcome ! Ulrika

Large country kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people . Living room with sofa bed and day bed . 2 rooms on the upper floor . Two double bedrooms and combined study and bedroom with nice view .Fully equipped kitchen . New renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included if you wish.
