Great condo in snowmass pool hot tubs and work out room with sauna ! FANTASTC LOCATION! Only a 2min walk to slopes, Free bus to Aspen, mall with shopping and restaurants. Wake to a beautiful sunrise over the Rocky Mountains .Nature trails are a short walk out the door. Free parking during the spring ,summer and fall and a small daily fee during the winter months.Mall and free bus is only 1easy block! ski locker on the main level so no need to lug equipment up the stairs 3 rd floor views!

New flooring throughout, fresh paint, new appliances +kitchen countertops and some new furniture! There are two good sized bedrooms, each with a sliding glass door that leads to a private deck with beautiful views to the north. Unit has 2 bathrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa. Washer/Dryer in unit + wood burning fireplace!

A home-base located just down the steps from the Elk Camp Gondola and a short walk to south rim trailhead. While perfect for extreme sports, this home is also a peaceful space to relax with two large hot tubs and a family friendly pool. The Snowmass town center with grocery, liquor, and hardware is a five minute walk away.
