The studio flat is located on the lower ground floor of our home, accessible via external steps. This private space has it's own entrance/exit, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge space and double bed. Pay and display parking available on North Road for guests travelling by car. Travel cot available for couples travelling with an infant.

The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. There is a fairly narrow carport, (8 feet 8 inches wide), a small front garden and a small private seating area at the rear. There is double glazing throughout and gas central heating.
