Holiday rentals with beach access in Plage de Cabo Negro

The stay in this apartment was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped. The linen (sheets, towels) is of high quality, which adds to the comfort. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, which allows you to fully enjoy the seaside without having to travel. Communication with the host was excellent: responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

If Mourad was always available to communicate, he is a nice person and always attentive, you will not need anything, the apartment was tidy and equipped, the positioning of the residence is great, pedestrian exit that leads directly to the beach (5 mins walk), lots of amenities available (WiFi, Smart TV, coffee machine, free capsules…). In addition to that, if Mourad is a nice person I was able to spend a wonderful stay with the family, quiet residence with 4 swimming pools and entertainment every night. I will definitely be back several times! Thank you dear Mr Mourad for everything!

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

We had a great two-day stay in this beautiful villa. The place is spacious, very well maintained, and really ideal for relaxing. The pool is superb, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the peaceful setting. The neighborhood is quiet, which allows you to fully rest. Everything was as described, or even better. I can only recommend this place! The villa is beautiful and well kept. A big thank you to Driss, who is responsive and adorable, always ready to respond to our needs. The location is ideal, only 5 minutes from Fnideq and 15 minutes from Tetouan or M 'diq, making excursions very easy. An experience to repeat, I'll be back with pleasure!
