Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the porch. We live in the adjoining house, without a neighbor opposite, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. You will probably meet our 2 cats and on occasion you might hear our little dog speak. Bourg de Moelan 2 km shops and supermarket, market on Tuesday Station 15 min

Nearby towns, villages and ports of interest: Pont Aven, Concarneau, Quimper, Doëlan, Le Pouldu. *Roadside parking , enough for one car (no vans). Quiet lane. No outdoor space. Bed linen provided but not towelling. Ground coffee machine. Not suitable for children. WC/shower open plan. Electric radiator. No smoking.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Our gîte "Les Mouettes Qui Caquètent" (The Cackling Seagulls) is located near Kerfany beach and the GR34 coastal path. We welcome you year-round. You can book for a weekend, a short stay, or longer. The gîte is ideally designed for 2 people, but can accommodate a maximum of 4. The accommodation is located in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. You will find peace and serenity here. The accommodation is well insulated for better thermal comfort in summer.

Bright and offering beautiful volumes, this house is located close to the most beautiful coves of Moëlan-sur-Mer, including that of Kerfany at the mouth of the Bélon and that of Trénez facing the Île Perçée. Hikers will appreciate the passage of the customs trail (GR34) 400 m from the house through the moor.

Nestled at the bottom of the garden, the Ty Neizh (little nest in Breton), awaits you to spend a moment out of time. Romantic and bohemian, the trailer offers a bed for two people (160 x 180) and a small cozy living space. Meals can be taken on the terrace, in the garden or in the trailer. Bathroom and toilet are independent, located in the main house and accessible day and night A breakfast of local products is available for a fee of €5/person.

Come and discover the charm of a 1960s house 300 m from Kerfany beach. Ideal location for coastal trails and mountain bike trails. We are on the edge of the GR 34, if you like beautiful hikes or also stroll while discovering the typical chapels and fountains. Also discover Pont-Aven, the city of painters, 15 km away. Concarneau and Lorient 30 km away, Quimper and its historic center. Garage that can accommodate bikes and motorcycles.

Cosy and welcoming 4* gîte, beautifully renovated in wood and stone; two bedrooms (can accommodate 2 to 3 people), where you can enjoy comfort and calm in any season. Located between the Aven and Belon rivers, the picturesque port of Rosbras, with its bar-restaurant is at just 750m, the Crêperie la Belle Angèle is a short 5 minute walk away, and the port of Belon (Riec) with its world famous oysters is also nearby.
