Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. Our gîte "Les Mouettes Qui Caquètent" (The Cackling Seagulls) is located near Kerfany beach and the GR34 coastal path. We welcome you year-round. You can book for a weekend, a short stay, or longer. The gîte is ideally designed for 2 people, but can accommodate a maximum of 4. The accommodation is located in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. You will find peace and serenity here. The accommodation is well insulated for better thermal comfort in summer.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with shower room, separate toilet and a kitchen living room with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment, you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (the Moros) that runs along the property. Quiet, you can see many birds : herons, peverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with deer.
