Côte et Rêve Stylish beach house with ocean view

Enjoy our beautiful selfbuild and characteristic beach house located a stones throw from the beach. We live on the upper floor and offer two seperated setups. The mainfloor has a 4-5 pers appartement with eveything you might need. It contains 1 room with a double 160 bed and a bunkbed. The bathroom has a nice big shower and a seperated toitlet. The livingroom is spacious with an open kitchen and view on the ocean. Then there is the tinyhouse with bathroom and kitchen with room for max 4 persons

La maison propose 2 chambres, 1 avec 1 lit de (160x200), 1 avec 2 lits de (80x200) ou 1 lit de (160x200), 1 pièce de vie de 40 m² avec canapé-lit 160x200, 1 buanderie, 1 sdb et 1 WC Le grand jardin de 2700 m² a une vue à 180° sur la mer. Vous trouverez des transats, un parasol, une grande table, un salon de jardin et une plancha-barbecue pour bien profiter de l’extérieur. Les serviettes de bain et de plage ne sont pas fournies.

Audierne welcomes you with its port, beaches, shops and good restaurants. The Île de Sein awaits you without being disturbed by cars, the life of the Sénant(es) will surprise you as well as the alleys and the grouped houses that feel stronger against the wind, the chapel of St Corentin. Head to the Pointe du Raz, this wonderful site takes you to the end of the earth, in good weather you can see the Île de Sein and the Vieille lighthouse. Also go to the Bay of the Dead.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property It’s a perfect mix of convenience and tranquility. Close to local amenities, but secluded enough to truly relax & enjoy some peace and quiet. The views are absolutely stunning and really add to the calm atmosphere. The beach is just a short walk and picture-perfect, with beautiful white sands. Ideal for morning walks, beach life or just taking in the scenery. The property itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everyone absolutely loved the indoor pool, a brilliant bonus. Everything was well kept, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. The garden and decking area offered more of those amazing views and were perfect for sunbathing, reading, or just unwinding. We even had enough space in the garden to have a game of football! What really made the stay even more special were the hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We had a fantastic family holiday (three generations!) and would recommend this place.

A very comfortable and well-equipped cottage (excellent bedding), pleasant exterior with terrace and garden, quiet and in a good location to explore the region. Camille and Nadine are warm and thoughtful hosts. A very nice surprise with an excellent breakfast! We'll be happy to go back!

I had a great stay in this ultra-functional studio. The bedding is great, with real pillows (and not cushions and pads that can be found elsewhere). The apartment has everything you need, the location is great... in short, I will come back😊. I have found my base when I have a great need to recharge in the region.

The description of the cottage matches very well. The place is very quiet with a magnificent sea view and close to the seaside and its trails. Great place to visit the area. Had a great, very sunny and warm stay for a month of April.
