Ideally located on the south shore of Ajaccio. From the terrace, you'll feel almost like you're in the countryside, even though the nearest beach is just 500 meters away. Nearby, don't miss the famous Silver Beach, characterized by turquoise water and infinitely white sand. At the foot of the house, a footpath leads you into the Coti-Chiavari national forest, in the generous shade of tall eucalyptus trees. You can access hiking and cycling trails.

The sheepfold is in a private estate of 20 hectares. From the terrace you will have a view of the Bay of Ajaccio. Enjoy the new pool (2023) or the beach with the 2 paddles available to you. It is very pleasant to live in and powered exclusively by solar panels. The water comes from a borehole. Access is only by a 1.5 km long dirt track with a 2 or 4-wheel drive vehicle (4X4 - 4WD) such as a Duster, Panda,... high clearance.
