Listing was as described, clean, well-equipped, and in a good location. The check-in was smooth thanks to Wassim's clear instructions who were very flexible and welcoming from start to finish. Communication was smooth throughout the stay, we had a great weekend, I totally recommend it.

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. A place to recommend knowingly

A real favorite! The accommodation is even better than in the photos: spacious, very clean and ideally located close to the sea. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to a soothing landscape - the dream! The host was very responsive and caring, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I recommend it with my eyes closed, and I hope to have the chance to come back very soon. Thank you for this perfect interlude!

Our first visit to a Riad in Rabat and we really liked this location at the Oudayas. It was next to the Cornish, Rabat Medina, taxis, and beach. The staff were attentive to our needs. An amazing view!

Hi, Our stay at the place went very well. Gated and secure residence. The children could have fun at the residence without fear. Very quiet residence where we were able to recharge and enjoy the garden and beach nearby. Superette within walking distance. Reastive and available host I fully recommend

A true haven of peace! The house is exactly as in the photos. The quiet, direct access to the beach, and especially the view when you wake up… pure happiness. You can hear the waves in the morning, it's soothing and refreshing. We immediately feel at home there. The hosts were lovely, very available, always ready to help. The home overlooks the beautiful beach. The terrace is a big plus; very nice and perfectly furnished! The living room is beautifully decorated and has 2 bedrooms with their bathrooms + toilet as well as another independent toilet. My kids played a lot of pinball and foosball. On the other side of the patio are the other 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet as well as the kitchen for which Fatima prepared good Moroccan dishes. She also showed us around the markets ... She is a person of extreme kindness as is Lams and Yas who are at your disposal and takes care of you. In short, happiness!!!

Lalas place was really nice as described, But the beach was not that clean But I don’t want this to reflect on her place which was homy felt comfortable, basically cool ac was working So definately would recommend Thank you for the stay

The stay was very nice. The apartment is faithful to the photos, with even more space in reality, very clean and tidy, with practical amenities. The location is ideal, close to all the activities of the neighborhood, and the road, while remaining very quiet because it is exposed to the interior and not on the street. Access to the rooftop is a little extra that allows you to have a lovely view of the surrounding area. I highly recommend this apartment for 1 or 2 people.

Very nice accommodation, host very accommodating. The house is located directly on the beach, unfortunately Mohamedia is not perfect for classic tourists. The accommodation, however, is highly recommended; 10/10
