Waterfront holiday rentals in Plage du Midi

Daisy and her dad George were great. Communication was easy and prompt and everything was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable and bright, with an amazing sea view, and well equipped. If you leave the window/door open during the night it gets a bit noisy, but if you don't mind air conditioning, you can close the slide door and then you don't hear anything at all. There is underground parking provided. The beach is just across the road, and it took us about 20 walking into the city. Check-out also worked well. Thank you to Daisy and George!

Great place, very well located and friendly host!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Cannes! Ideally located between Le Suquet and the Croisette. Bed is big and super comfortable, bathroom is beautiful (and shower has good water pressure!) AC was perfect and cold, and kitchen was super helpful and functional. Would highly recommend and if I’m ever back in Cannes would absolutely want to stay here again!

What an amazing beach front apartment. Perfect for the beach with great little cafes along the shore line. Just a short bus journey into central Cannes. Beautiful location and perfect accommodation for a couple. Pascale is a very accommodating host

The space was very tidy. Low, very close to the beach, which was a big plus. Otherwise, good accommodation with a very helpful host!

We loved our stay here! It was not in the center of everything, but very walkable to the old town and restaurants so it felt residential / private, which we loved! The view from the balcony was great. We had an espresso on the balcony every morning! We also had a washing machine, which was great since we were traveling multiple days with just a carry-on. Great spot for the price! The host gave SUPER clear directions for checking in and included a detailed video, which was such a relief after our long travel day!

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

A very nice welcome from the hosts and clear and useful instructions! The house is very good value for money because it is close to the city center by transport and the house is well arranged and clean! Ideal for gathering with friends (in our case for an EVJF). Thanks!

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Loved the simplicity of the apartment, I had thought it was looking out to sea my bad I did not read the description properly ( clearly stated it looked on to courtyard ) as I thought the picture was it , not the description but I might not have booked on that basis but SO glad I did location clearly made up for no sea view. Highly recommended

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

A huge thank you for a wonderful stay! The apartment is a real little corner of paradise: facing the sea, quiet, beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. Everything is designed to make you feel good... and it's a success! Parking space is a real plus too. A big thank you also for your warm welcome and kindness — it makes all the difference and really touched us. We leave rested, smiling... and a little sad to have to leave this little piece of happiness. Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

We had a perfect holiday, the house has a beautiful sea view balcony, and we had a family dinner on the balcony at night, it was so wonderful

Great communication and a lovely place, just as described. The views were fantastic and it was only a short walk to the sea. Very comfortable and stylish, with comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting the area easy access to Cannes too. Would stay again.
