i highly recommend this rental. Impeccable accommodation, closet base available (cleaning product), and the most linens provided, very well equipped and beautiful location geographical to visit the region. very friendly, responsive, accommodating owner. The place is good for vacationers traveling with their pet because no risk of it escaping.

This apartment is a gem. Located in a very quiet street of the village. Martine waited for us at the entrance of the village to give us the keys and show us the house and things around. It was very clean . Martine was very thoughtful about every single item in the kitchen and bathroom. There was coffee and tea as well as a few drinks in the fridge. We felt like we were home. Nothing was missing.

This cozy spot in Haut-des-Cagnes felt like home immediately. Beatrice and her family did everything to make us feel welcome, from an early check in to accommodate our early flight arrival, to a quick switch out of a broken fan the day it broke, we were cared for from beginning to end. If you like opulence, big spaces and central air, this place isn’t for you, but if you are drawn to places with history and character and quirky charm and don’t mind some steps, this is your spot. It was ours and we hope to return. Teen kids called it their fav air bnb spot ever. Parents with young kids or elderly with mobility issues check with Beatrice before booking because of stairs.

Perhaps the most stunning and unique Airbnb I've seen--Christine's home is a beautifully renovated historic building in St Paul de Vence. With a visitor permit, we were able to park within the walls of this ancient village on a hilltop overlooking the Mediterranean. Incredible views, great walking, loads of art galleries and delightful restaurants made our stay so special. In addition, Christine is an accomplished host. Her home has a very well-stocked kitchen, even for foodies like us. Every space is utilized efficiently and comfortably. For two couples or a small family, this home is unparalleled in historic location and charm. Two big thumbs up (and I wish I had more thumbs)!

We loved our stay at Elisa’s place - the garden was so tranquil and we were able to access everything we needed on foot. Elisa was incredibly welcoming and helpful, we definitely recommend booking!

We couldn't have picked a better place for our dream vacation. The Apartment is perfectly located in Old Town Antibes and just a few minutes walk from anywhere you want to be. Our family of 4, with two teenagers loved every minute of it.

We recently stayed at this property while in ViIllafranche Sur Mer for a wedding. We loved everything about it, from our communication with the host, its incredible location, the property itself, and the natural beauty of the area. The property was clean and things were in working order. It was located about a 5 minute walk from the train station and is only short train ride from Monaco/Monte Carlo and other beautiful areas. A wonderful place, where we felt very comfortable, even though visiting for the first time, with many excellent restaurants to choose from.

Great location, right in the heart of old Vence. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. House felt spacious and well equipped.

Book this spot!! We were three girls who stayed for 4 nights, and found this place lovely. Its location is great; under 10 minute walk to old town, a tram station a block away, and under 20 minutes to the main train station. There are two levels to the terrace, and a great kitchen — go to the daily market and pick up some produce to cook! Two people could share the main bed, and one on the day bed (not the most comfy but totally fine for a few nights). There is a great wine shop next door to grab a bottle or have a glass there. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. When we couldn’t get the AC to work (our fault), they came by to adjust it for us. I can’t recommend this spot enough :)

Incredible place! Very quiet and peaceful. Free parking 2min. walking distance. Very coquette and cosy place- both the hamlet and the house. We lacked nothing! I recommend! We were 6 people and we are all very pleased.

Super cute place w/ amazing view off the cute little patio. Wonderful host always happy to help. The location of the neighborhood was nice but not easy in and out. Be sure you are in shape for steps and hills. It was nice to have the local shuttle close by but if you have a car you will need to find a parking lot then shuttle to the house. This place is nice if you don’t overpack like us. The host was so sweet to help us at checkin to find the place. Helped me park then drive to the house. The view was nicer than pics. The house was three level. The lower level at entry is a big room and bath w shower but no ac but w/ a fan. Middle level is big room with bath & shower plus a nice ac. The third level was a very cute living area w/ small kitchen, dining & small patio w two chairs. We loved the stay just wish it was easier to get in and out. The area had wonderful restaurants near. Only 15 min to drive into Nice. Antibes was close & great too. Area was unique! The beds big & comfy. Yay!

We had a wonderful stay in Vence, a place we know well but Caroline’s home was the highlight of our stay on this short trip. Beautifully designed and impeccably clean, the home is in a very quiet area and allowed for a relaxing stay whilst still being very close to the village of Vence etc. Parking was also a fantastic addition to the ease of our stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment renovated with taste and intelligence. Ideal location because it is a through apartment, parking is possible in front of the door and views of the village on the terrace side. Plus, it's right in the center. Responsive and accommodating host. I would highly recommend it

She was very helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated her warm and thoughtful approach. We absolutely loved the apartment – beautifully decorated and with the most amazing rooftop terrace. Highly recommended!

Axelle the owner was very helpful and quick to reply to messages. The apartment was a great base to explore from and very central in Valbonne. Valbonne itself is a lovely place to visit, lots of cafes, great restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes, yet very peaceful when you're ready for bed. There's an Italian restaurant called Trattoria Quattro about a kilometre outside Valbonne, put this at the top of your list for places to try out. Thanks for all your help and info Axelle.

Fernando's place was great! We stayed for a month while working remotely and loved the space. The house was well-equipped, very clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy to work from. The location was wonderful; on a quiet street, only a short walk to the square and main street with plenty of shops, restaurants and a couple of small grocery stores. The train and bus stations were about a 5 minute walk, making it convenient to travel to and from. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay again next time!

This house is something special, which you can also see in the photos. There is always something new to discover. Everything is well equipped - more than you are used to elsewhere. The kitchen and its equipment is perfect. You can chill and eat on the terrace, which is extremely cozy with its succulent garden. There is a TV on every floor. We only looked in the living room, where we could also unlock prime-video and Netflix with our accounts. There is much more positive to write, but maybe you will discover the house yourself....!? Two things could be mentioned: Due to the many decorations, there may be dust, which is normal. Otherwise, everything being clean. When it comes to hygiene, you have to be aware that there is hardly any privacy here. Couples should know each other well. ;) The location is ideal for excursions in all directions of the Côte d'Azur and Provence.

We had a lovely time staying at Henrique place. Roberto was always responsive and very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. The house was charming with beautiful furnishings, and it was such a treat to have two balconies. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful village.

We stayed at Daniele’s for 1 month and really enjoyed her house. The location is private and calm (we enjoyed listening to the birds). We walked downtown daily to get amazing food (bread, meat, restaurants…)The garden is beautiful and very relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped for a long stay. Daniele was a wonderful host, very responsive and really taken amazing care to her guest with lots of little but heart warming things. We had an amazing month. Cannes, Grasse and the beach are really easy to get to (within 10-15 min).

Very helpful host. Perfect for a group. Close to local amenities. We would stay again. Thanks so much.

I had a great stay, attentive hosts, the location is beautiful on the heights, the center of Cannes is easily accessible by bus. I highly recommend it.
