Beachfront holiday rental in Plage du Racou

Apartment faithful to the description, 10/15 min walk to all amenities. A small terrace with a magnificent view of Collioure. We were greeted by Jean Pierre, he explained everything to us and he remained available. The apartment is very well equipped and everything is provided, towels, sheets... There is also a parking lot, which is important in Collioure! We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice apartment, well-equipped and located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Although the accommodation is in a lively neighborhood, the place is peaceful. Note: no elevator and the accommodation is on the second floor. Not an issue for us, especially since a nice neighbor helped us with the suitcases! I highly recommend this listing!

Joseps place is immaculate and very well equipped . We were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time on the terrace mostly , where we used the barbecue often We didnt mind the walk into town and the drive was very quick when needing the supermarket. We loved the proximity to the beach and the coastal path offers many hidden beaches to enjoy. Llanca is a great destination and Joseps home a wonderful place to enjoy spending time there . We would definitely like to return .

Cendrine is a caring host: - explanations given to access the accommodation: very clear - clean, functional and quiet accommodation (stay in May) - Close to all shops on foot - Clean residence and respect for residents - The description of the accommodation is identical to what we found The exchanges with Cendrine were warm, and very responsive I recommend this place without a second thought. Édouard’s apartment was clean and just as described. It is in a brilliant location, right next to the beach, the balcony was 10/10. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again if visiting in future.

The sea view is really superb and the accommodation is very welcoming with a bright and pleasant stay. Sébastien our host was very nice. Keep in mind that the room is quite small and is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The neighborhood at the back of the building is dynamic with many bars and the unobstructed festive noises can disturb the most sensitive. The experience is positive for us. Had a great stay at Jeanine and Astrid's apartment ☀️ The lagoon view is stunning. Access to the beach and pool 2 minutes away was much appreciated ✨ Jeanine and Astrid were very responsive and available (their absence was not a problem at all) The concierge is also very available and someone was on site to welcome and show themselves when needed It was a real pleasure!

We spent a lovely few days at Anne-Cécile's beautiful flat in Collioure. The view from the balcony was picture-perfect. The flat is well situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Collioure, beaches and restaurants. It is also a great base if you fancy a hike in the hills above Collioure. We didn't want to leave :)

Great villa, everything you need is there. And you can park at the villa. Coullioure is a mega nice place with nice shops and restaurants, always nice fallback after some nice, intensive walks or sightseeing in the area, for example the castle of Collioure. You can walk there in 12 to 15 minutes. Or the mill and castle of St. Elme, walking to Col du Madeloc, in short, enough to do. You can swim in the sea, which is already good in May/June with beautiful spring. Prefer a sandy beach: La Racou. You can also walk along the coast. Also go to the market in Ceret on Saturday morning, by car then :). Even on a rainy day, the Centre Commercial Porte d'Espagne in Perpignan is worth a visit, as there is a mega-sized Auchan supermarket and many other shops in this complex. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

Such a great place to stay in Colliour. The sea views are stunning and the location is so close to all the shops and restaurant’s. The accommodation has all you need and hosts were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back :)

Beautiful peaceful respite after a week on Camino. The instructions were very clear but we are new to driving in Spain so it took us a minute to find the dirt path to the house. The view from the deck is unbeatable. We came midweek and loved not having to flight crowds. A delight!!

Cozy studio in accordance with the photos and ideally located, direct access to the beach and less than 10 min walk from the city center and the port by the waterfront promenade. Very easy to use and comfortable folding sofa. Hosts very available. I recommend it!

Thank you to Carine and Julie for their presence, availability and kindness. Their accommodation is simply perfect and so pleasant. A real little haven of peace with a special mention for the terrace with sea view. An address that we will keep and where we will return with great pleasure. It was just perfect: from the reservation to our departure 😊

What a beautiful, relaxing place. We felt so comfortable from the start. If you want peace , quiet and comfort then this is the place to come.

Sophie's apartment was ideal for us. We stayed for a month from mid-May, and the apartment complex was very quiet. The apartment was clean, very well equipped (I now have to buy myself a Smeg kettle like Sophie's!) and it had a great terrace for sitting out and enjoying the views. We didn't have a car, but it was a 15 minute walk to Collioure or in the other direction to Port Vendres. Highly recommend!
