Charming ground floor apartment in castle with park

Appartement de 45m2 au rdc tout confort entièrement rénové dans un château à la campagne du 18ème siècle, petit parc privé avec arbres centenaires et majestueux. A 2 min en voiture des commerces et de la ville, 2 min du canal du midi avec balade à pied ou à vélo, à 20 minutes de Toulouse, 1h de Carcassonne et sa cité, lac Ganguise à 15 min. A 5 min de l’échangeur d’autoroute. Ambiance bucolique écureuils et lièvres pourront faire apparition dans le parc devant les fenêtres.

We have incorporated a bijou en-suite, double bedroom and large closet upstairs, with a fully functioning kitchen / lounge area opening out onto a private terrace down stairs.

Built in a wooden frame on an agricultural trailer base, it is a real little house. Particularly well insulated (wood wool and cellulose wadding) and equipped with a wood stove, it is habitable in any season and will offer you magnificent views of the snow-capped mountains in winter.

On the 1st floor, you will find the living room, equipped with a sofa bed, and a small dining area (please note, there is no kitchen). A spacious bedroom, on the 2nd floor, can accommodate 3 people.
