Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

My wife and I were in Paris for Pentecost. The apartment has everything you need to live. We enjoyed the location enormously. Very quiet with some great restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. About 30 minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower. Super connected; the nearby Metro Line 12 takes you directly to the city center or to Montmartre. The apartment was easy to find, super prepared and Laura was always available for questions. Thank you so much! Absolutely recommended for a stay for two in Paris.

A good place to stay in Paris. Nancy’s place is close to Metreo which makes easy for you to go anywhere. Nancy is helpful with information you need. A good place to stay.

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

We had an excellent stay in Marina’s apartment, the location was superb and just as described in the listing. The apartment was very cosy and had everything we needed although the listing did say “entire apartment” which was not the case, it would have been better to have had the bedroom as well as the sofa bed was not that comfortable on one side. That said we would book again when returning to Paris but only for short trips. Marina was very accommodating regarding checking in and out and always responded promptly if we had any questions. Thank you for allowing us to share your home for the brief time we were there and helping make out visit to your lovely city so special.

It was a dream come true! It was magical and wonderful. I’d love to stay at Gildas’s again. He was a wonderful host with a wonderful home. We found a diamond of a place!

Place is better than the pictures. Back balcony is private, quiet and view of Eiffel Tower. Bed comfortable and spacious living area. Whole place comfortable and well appointed. Great host with many local recommendations. The best place I've stay in Paris by far. Also, the 14 arrondisement is a gem. Would definitely recommend and return.

Francine's apartment is located in a very nice and quiet residential area, in an elegant and well-maintained building. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, in the kitchen there is everything you need to cook. The bathroom is clean with a very spacious shower, the bed is comfortable with double pillows. Francine is very courteous, hospitable, friendly and helpful. Also, a five-minute walk away there is a metro station with which you can easily reach any place in the city.

The stay was so comfortable in this room. The location is also good for visiting landmarks. I recommend it.

Stayed here a couple nights when in Paris. Good location. 5-10min walk to the metro. 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Small apartment but a good location in a quiet neighborhood which was great for our stay.

Great stay at the studio hosted by Safaa! Comfortable, fully equipped and well located, with multiple services nearby and easy access to public transportation. It is an ideal place for those who search for a longer stay in Paris. Safaa was quite approachable and friendly. I totally recommend it!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We really loved this place! The view from the high floor was so amazing. You can have a really good view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was super clean. It had everything we needed. Laurence was also really friendly and super quick to reply. This was definitely my favorite stay in Paris, and I'd love to come back next time!
