Holiday houses in Plakalona

Super maison avec très jolie piscine. Extrêmement propre et bien entretenu. Hôte à l’écoute, plusieurs provisions pour nous accueillir (fruits frais, eau, lait, café, pain, confitures, vin,…), très pratique pour une arrivée un dimanche. Environnement très calme. Juste à noter pour les familles avec un enfant en bas âge, l’escalier un peu raide dans la maison. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement.

Die beste Unterkunft, in der wir jemals waren! Diese Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage ist fantastisch: ruhig, direkt am Meer gelegen, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet absolute Entspannung in vollkommener Privatsphäre. Die Unterkunft selbst ist neu, sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts – besonders die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, sodass auch Selbstverpflegung problemlos möglich ist. Die Kommunikation mit Stelios war hervorragend: schnell, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich bestens betreut. Tatsächlich ist die Unterkunft in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wer Ruhe, Komfort und einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nektarias House is located high up in the mountains, but not far away from Chania. The drive up is breathtaking. We got the direction to the house upfront, so that was pretty easy - even in the dark. Nektarias husband was there to welcome us - even at this late hour. He showed us the house and how everything works and there were little traditional greek pastries as a welcome gift. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially because it was soooo quiet. Just us, the goats and sheep, the crickets and the Olive trees. We appreciated the mosquito nets in front of all windows, which allowed us a peaceful sleep even with open windows. The house was spotless clean and everything we needed was there. Nektaria is only a phone call away and reacts promptly if needs be. We will return, when we are back on Crete. @Nektaria: thank you once again for your hospitality :-)

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Olivenhain und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Sally war sehr auf unsere Privatsphäre bedacht. Wir kommen wieder. Wer die Ruhe mag, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Es ist alles vorhanden. Sally ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. :)

פאני היא אישה מקסימה והבית היה נוח ומפנק רגע מים נפלא. היו משחקים מוכנים לילדים וכל דבר שצריך לבישול. היי נו שתי משפחות ארבעה מבוגרים שלושה ילדים ושתי תינוקות והיה לנו הכי נוח. פאני דאגה להכל והעיירה הייתה נוחה עם מסעדות טובות וחנות יין קטנה עם הענבים מקומיים. מאוד מאוד ממליצה 🩷

Sofia è il marito sono due splendide persone. Ci hanno accolto in tardo orario dovuto ad un ritardo aereo con sorrisi e indicazioni per girare Creta .. casa pulitissima e uguale alla descrizione . La casa si trova in un villaggio molto silenzioso dove puoi godere di un ottima tranquillità anche durante la notte.. Sofia è sempre pronta a rispondere per via messaggio per qualsiasi coso.. grazie di cuore siete persone speciali ❤️

We’ve never experienced an Airbnb like this – in terms of both the villa and the hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Eftychis and his wonderful mother – you made our stay unforgetable! We were seven people, including three children (one toddler), and everything was just perfect. The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped – the kitchen had top-tier appliances, and the baby gear was modern, clean, and like new. The house is set in a peaceful location with a breathtaking sea view. When we arrived, a delicious homemade Greek salad and cookies were waiting for us – such a warm welcome! Eftychis was available via chat the whole time: kind, helpful, and always with great local recommendations. This place truly combines beauty, comfort, and care. We’d come back without hesitation. Es war eine unvergessliche Zeit bei Alexia! Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, schläft ein zum Rauschen der Wellen und schaut vom Balkon aufs Meer. Die Taverne, die von Giannis und Alexia betrieben wird, hat wunderbares Essen mit viel frischem Fisch, hat sehr faire Preise und liegt auch direkt am Strand. Dort kann man auch frühstücken. Außerdem gibt es noch ein sehr schönes Strandcafé mit guten Drinks und wenn man mal etwas fancy Essen will auch lecker aussehende Snacks und Frühstück. Für den Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine gibt’s sogar Mandelmilch :D der Strand ist sehr natürlich mit Felsen drumherum und auch am Strand, es gibt sowohl schöne schattige als auch schöne sonnige Plätzchen und er ist selbst am Wochenende nie zu voll. Alexia war super nett und zuvorkommend. Hoffentlich können wir bald wiederkommen!
