At the crossroads of the Jura ridges, dominated by Mont Chasseral and the shores of the lakes, our accommodation, mysteriously called the Staircase, will surprise you with its calm, warmth, and location conducive to adventure. The accommodation is located in an old Neuchâtel farmhouse renovated into an apartment. The Staircase is located upstairs. Exposed beams and fireplace on the menu. Fully equipped and carefully decorated. Intimate garden as well as flowery for relaxation after a day of excitement.

The surrounding area offers many opportunities for sporting activities such as cycling, hiking, jogging or inline skating.

Biel, Bienne in french is 20 min drive from the chalet. Jura, Bern, Neuchâtel are 1 hour by car from the chalet. Wifi, sauna are free, easy to use. Prices includes "tourist tax 4.-" day/person. Free parking. (chalet is 30 m. walking distance from parking). Because of animals, please drive slowely in evening..

This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Close to the center, yet very quiet. There is a church nearby, but you can't hear anything from inside. It stops ringing at midnight. Enjoy 3 terraces, cool accommodation even in the middle of summer and abundant nature. La Salamandre is similar to a troglodyte accommodation with its kitchen on the ground floor carved out of the stone. The stone construction gives a very special charm.

A functional 3-room apartment with bathroom and small kitchen awaits you. Shared garden, bus stop in front of the house (7 min. to the train station/city center). Alone, as a couple, with friends or family, relax in the secluded garden and enjoy the beautiful view, hike along the vineyard path, swim in the lake and explore the old town of Biel... and let the charm of the old house take effect. The main apartment is occupied by one of the hosts.

A cozy gem, not far from the hectic working world. Nestled in lush green Jurassic meadows in summer or fairytale white snow landscape in winter. The apartment is in an old converted farmhouse. The farmhouse is secluded in a small hamlet but still close to the cantonal road and not far from the larger towns of Tramelan and St. Imier. Arrival by car is recommended, although there is a bus stop nearby but with a thin timetable.

The apartment is ideal for walkers who do the Chemin des Crêtes hike. The place is very quiet and relaxing because the house is located at the end of the street. It offers a lovely view of the fields and nature. A place with private barbecue is available in the summer. The village is 10 km from Biel and Granges, it is served a few times a day by a bus. Unfortunately, there is no store in the village.
