Beachfront holiday rental in Platja de la Patacona

Great apartment for a family looking to visit Valencia and enjoy the beach. Plenty of restaurants and food markets in the area within easy walking distance. $15-$20 taxi rides into the old town of Valencia. We booked our own trips to the airport but the hostess had her recommendation. Parking available for a rental car which we did use for one day, but in general you don't need a rental car. One point that might not be totally obvious...there are two porches - one facing the front (beach), and the other facing the back (street). Helpful because you can either stay in or avoid the sun as needed. We hope to return some day. Valencia exceeded my expectations, and I've been to Madrid and Barcelona many times (not that those aren't nice cities as well).

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

Fantastic location for the beach, and very easy to get into town. The flat is spacious and has a great communal space. Inés was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

Great hostess, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good restaurants are (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. Upon the 1st entry into the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

Daniel is friendly and helpful. He responded quickly to our questions and requests. It was particularly nice that he booked us a Padel court even on short notice. We also got to borrow some toys from him. He even went to buy the balls for us separately. The storage of rental bikes was also well organized. The housing association had strict rules, so the area was very peaceful. We got a good rest.

I would highlight the good location: close to the beach, restaurants and relatively close to the center by car or taxi

We had a wonderful weekend with friends. When we entered the apartment we loved everything. The house is just like the ad, super clean, many details from Johana! We won't reveal it so that you can surprise the following customers... take great care of the details so that the stay is very good. The location is great... beach, restaurants... we will repeat for sure.

The apartment was pristine and spotlessly clean, very spacious and really well stocked with tea coffee and cleaning essentials which was really convenient and made our stay extra comfortable. Ambrosia was really helpful and provided lots of local recommendations. Overall it was a fantastic experience I would highly recommend!

Our flight was delayed by 45 mins. We communicated with host about this due to needing to meet someone to collect keys. She told us that there was a fee of €25 if we were arriving later than 10pm. We managed to arrive just before 10pm but were still charged the €25. Little disappointed with this but overall a great experience. Lovely apartment with good facilities and nice beds. Very clean and child friendly.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes' walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large, nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. If you want a nice vacation, rent Veronica's apartment!

An apartment located very close to a beautiful beach, which is the biggest advantage of this place! The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 5. In addition, something that surprised us, was prepared beach towels for every guest, which made it very easy for us to sunbathe. We recommend this place!

Great apartment with everything you need. The location is luxurious, the sea is 2 minutes away, a grocery store is 5 minutes away. Tony was very responsive, went to a meeting on one important issue, was punctual and pleasant in communication.
