A very warm welcome, you feel right at home. There are good bars nearby and the beach (not sandy) is easily accessible, making it a very pleasant place to spend the holidays.

Everything was perfect and as the listing indicates, Pedro was always attentive to us and any questions or questions we had answered the moment and whatever time, very comfortable and easy to find in a good area, everything was excellent, I would repeat again.

We had a great stay at Inés’ cosy and atmospheric place with a beautiful architectural touch. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything we needed. You are 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Three metro stations are also in walking distance. Very good communication with Inés! She is a responsible and professional host. Check-in instructions are very clear and easy to deal with. Inés kindly let us to store our luggage before check-in time as we arrived early in the morning. And also gave us helpful information about the area. Great experience! I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back:)

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

The stay was great! We liked it very much. The location was very good, close to the center, about 15-20 minutes on foot. The jacuzzi was phenomenal. The only problem is the hard mattress, but there is always a second sofa with a more comfortable one. Great host and apartment. We'll definitely be back!
