A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.
