"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Beautiful penthouse with a hot tub 20 minutes from the Delta

Enjoy sunlight throughout the day. This is undoubtedly the apartment's treasure. Apart from the terrace where you can disconnect in the hammocks with a good book or enjoy a barbecue. The light completely floods the kitchen and dining room with its large windows. Even in winter it is a luxury to be able to have breakfast in both spaces connected to the terrace as if you were outside. And at the end of the day you still have the best: relax in the Jacuzzi fully lit with candles.
