Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Propietat de la família des de fa 40 anys, amb molta emoció, emprenc el projecte perquè esdevingui un veritable refugi de pau 5 estrelles. Ubicada en un dels paratges més privilegiats de Llançà, la Villa sorprèn amb un còctel extraordinari: sol, mar, vistes meravelloses, calma, i un entorn natural únic.

An architect-designed villa on the wild coast with its beautiful coves for swimming in summer and walks in winter; the spacious villa with swimming pool and patios is located in a residential area, quiet, highly sought after for holidays with family or friends; an ideal place to recharge your batteries. It is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility: stairs, direct access to the pool, garden in tiers, roof terrace so supervision impossible. No parties.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Grifeu beach, which has been awarded the blue flag for its quality. In addition, near the apartment there are coves with stunning views, offering the opportunity to explore different places during exciting routes. The area also has a beach bar, restaurant and supermarket, all within a few minutes' walk, making it easy to access additional services and amenities.

Garrotxa, Mas la Cadebosc entero, natural park

La Cabebosc is located in the heart of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park. It has been completely rebuilt with all the modern amenities, a pleasant quiet and secluded space but only 5 minutes from Olot and Santa Pau. The fireplace, outdoor barbecue, and Jacuzzi offer a unique space to enjoy with family or as a couple at all times of the day. Ideal starting point for excursions.

Villa Can Fité

Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar. Everyone involved in this project put a lot of love in it, which I hope you’ll be able to feel when staying here.
