Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.

Children are very welcome and are welcome to let off steam in the 90 sqm hall in bad weather. A nearly 25 sqm pool invites you to cool off (seasonally)... Kolrep still offers beautiful hiking trails and bike paths. Swimming lakes are located in surrounding villages.

Charming little apartment on the first floor in a big old Prignitzer farmhouse. Perfect for those seeking relaxation, adventure seekers, nature lovers, people with interest in regional agriculture and many others. The apartment is located on the first floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with pull-out couch, a small kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower. A few horses and two dogs live at the farm. Own pets are only allowed on request.

In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a wildlife protection fence.

The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, extractor hood) and bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!

Wutike on-demand stop

Your house was built as a freight floor of Wutike station. We have completely renovated the old building and have now also completed the sauna in the old laundry room. This has also created two more sleeping places, so now 9 people can relax. We prefer it if you can arrive by train. When have you ever had your private train home? Several times a day a very charming little train passes by here.

Living in the train station

Our station is completely surrounded by meadows and forests. Long bike paths, beautiful forests and meadows. Horses as neighbors and lots and lots of birds. Ideal for vacations, also for work, especially if you want to retreat. If you are looking for peace, you have come to the right place.
