Beachfront holiday rental in Playa Alicia

The place was clean and the view is incredible! It is right next to the Sea. The location is on a busy road, so bring earplugs if the noise bothers you. It is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Emelly was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very comfortable for our family of six. Beautiful view, within walking distance to everything in Cabarete. Luis was very responsive and helpful if anything was needed. I highly recommend this condo. Looking forward to going back.

This apartment was very refreshing and within a nice neighborhood. The balcony view of the ocean was extremely peaceful and had great sunrise views each morning. Stefan was extremely helpful, even in late hours of the night, and ensured that everything was perfect for my stay. I highly recommend!

Just recently, I visited Puerto Plata and stayed at Mary’s place. It was very cozy, and I loved the colors! The furniture and especially the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance of the beach, which was a huge plus for me. It’s a cute pink house with a cozy vibe. I would definitely recommend this place. This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Yes I would stay again. It was very clean, safe and homely place to stay. There are many restaurants close by, and it is away from the noise of the highway. Cabarete is an amazing place, and Ubaldo’s place made everything easy…best of luck Ps real mango tree in the backyard😜

The house was lovely. A little hard to find but once there things like the pool and lush setting didn’t disappoint. Definitely don’t leave food out. There are bugs.

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

We had a great week at Lucia place, great view and lovely walks along the beach 🏖️

This place is exeptional. I would not loom for anything else. Amongst the best airbnb i've stayed in all DR. Buffet in the morning closes at 10am do be early for breakfast. There is a wine bar that is great and a beer bar that is open early. Place is super clean, very quaint, comfortable and cold A/C. Warm water and comfortable accomodations. Beach is steps away. Definitely rent here!

This unit was amazing! It was perfect for our family of four. It was just a few steps onto the beach and surrounding beach accessible restaurants. The vibe was great. We dont wind surf but got to watch others enjoy the activity from the patio every day. The place was clean and tidy. The interior was beautifully designed and decorated for an eclectic but comfortable feel. We would definitely stay again!

This place was beyond expectations, here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: you have Ocean Views from the balcony, so the home is on the higher side of the island and that’s how you get breathtaking views of the ocean but not ocean Front. The home is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach which is literally down the street, but we took the car because the kids would be exhausted after surfing. Very safe home and a guard at the gate from 4 pm until the morning, so we would go to sleep knowing all is well. Even though we felt safe from the start due the vibe and warmth of the people who live there 😎 People that live in that condo building or the host which lives close by are just so lucky, this was the most calming experience and eco friendly place I have ever been to! And I have to mention the very pleasant locals and lots lots of international people that made this area their forever home. I will for sure be back with our family, we all fell in love! CONS———NONE 🥰🙌🏼💖

The apartment is in an excellent location, with a breathtaking and spacious view, and the complex has everything easily accessible and is very quiet. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. A place to come back!!!

Very nice location right on the beach. No sand in the room the place was very clean.

The instructions was very clear and easy access. Quiet place with great view, Michal responded very fast to and delivered in shortly mannered.

The view is wonderful, we stayed in her apartment many times, in front of beach, many restaurants, delivery service available, wonderful family feeling. Diomivel and Katherine are exceptional hosts. Loved it as always!

It's really a lovely paradise. It's a sweet hotel room style place with a kitchenette, the balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean. The building is right by the main street. This makes it very convenient to get to things and to find, and yet it's still quiet. What you hear is the ocean singing day and night, so enjoyable. The restaurant's food is also really good. among the best in the area and it's right downstairs. Daret and the staff were very nice and responsive. There were a few things I needed and a miscommunication and they were handled quickly and with grace. To me, nothing tells you more than how a person handles a difficult moment and Daret handled every little thing perfectly. All my friends will be staying here in the future. One last thing: Daret picked my brain for any little thing I could think of to make the place EVEN better. It was hard to come up with honestly, and yet you're sure to enter an even better place than I did. What a great host.

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.
