The penthouse is an oceanview apartment only 4min walking from the beach with restaurants & shops right around the corner. The huge private rooftop is the perfect place to gaze at the ocean & sunsets with a breeze. The apartment has mosquitoscreens , king size bed, AC, smart tv , starlink, open kitchen, and is spacious and well lit. In the garden there is a dippool to refresh and loungechairs to sunbathe. reduced price due to construction close by ( not loud atm)

The studio is on the 2nd floor and has an ocean view! We live the idea of caring for our world with all its beauty. We do not have heaters or air conditioning due to their high energy consumption. We also reuse construction materials for all projects!

Casa Hibiscus is a property that is located a short distance from Carrizalillo beach. From the house you can walk to the area of restaurants, cafes and shopping malls. The apartments are totally independent. They have a kitchenette and a private bathroom. For now, they don't have air conditioning, they only have ceiling fans and good natural ventilation. We have satellite internet with good speed
