A two-minute walk to the town's main street and its services and a ten-minute walk to La Garita beach.

Nice newly built 110 square meter duplex, very spacious and bright, located in one of the quietest areas of Caleta de Famara, between the beaches of San Juan and Famara and 50 meters from the sea line.
