Crea recuerdos inolvidables en este nuevo alojamiento único y familiar. Estamos a pie de playa de Playa Blanca, la mejor playa de la IV Región. Contamos con piscina temperada y una piscina infinita al mar. Tenemos 2 habitaciones y 1 sofá cama (de 2 plazas) en el living. La habitación principal tiene cama de 2 plazas con una vista soñada. En la segunda habitación tenemos una cama nido (1,5 plazas). Contamos con malla de seguridad para la seguridad de niños y mascotas, además de kit de playa.

Espectacular Departamento sobre el mar

Vistas insuperables al mar y la playa, a pasos de la arena, y con amplio espacio, hacen que este departamento sea único. Tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños en 120m2, con amplia terraza, cocina y zona de estar. El edificio es nuevo y cuenta con piscina exterior y piscina temperada interior. Sin embargo, más que las piscinas, vas a querer disfrutar el día en la playa, de arena blanca y aguas turquesas; una de las mejores de Chile. El departamento está full equipado, y tiene Wifi Starlink.

Se ubica en una terraza frente a la playa grande de Tongoy (3-5 min en auto), distante a 20 min al sur de Tongoy, 5min de puerto Aldea y 10min de la Hacienda el Tangue, experimenta atardeceres únicos alrededor de una fogata o en una rica Hot Tube!!! Great view, fully equipped, bright and newly renovated. Very close to the beach and next to a warehouse and commercial premises. A large 15m2 terrace and a clear view towards Socos and Tongoy beaches, perfect for resting and relaxing while looking at the sea all year round. Located on the 2nd floor, this 2D and 2B apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has direct access to the pool, beach and all the condominium facilities.
