You go up a few steps and find a large balcony to sit and have breakfast, for example, and listen to the birds singing that arrive every morning. You enter the spacious living room. A guest bathroom. One en-suite bedroom. Kitchen. On the third level there are 3 spacious bedrooms, one en-suite and another full bathroom. In the back is the grill with table and benches.

It started as a chicken farm where eggs were collected to be sold in supermarkets, evolved into a dairy farm, a cattle farm, a quarter horse farm and now a vacation destination to enjoy the farm type surrounding and the close proximity to Punta del Este.
