Holiday rentals with beach access in Playa Chacmool

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Everything was very good, very practical and very good location

Super mega recommended, it's the second time I've stayed at this place. You have access to a private beach pool and the best, access to a restaurant and buffet breakfast. When you leave, you walk 10 minutes to the Chedraui and it's a journey that you enjoy a lot when walking. It's the ideal place if you go as a family, a super safe area in the middle of the hotel zone and a super beautiful blue beach. You don't walk more than 50 steps from the pool to the beach. The best hosts, super attentive and reliable, even helped me with my return transportation. The place is impeccable, it has air conditioning, super good size TVs, super comfortable beds. If you are reading this, book with them, they are the best. It's not for nothing that this is my second time booking and you save extra expenses of moving to beaches. Here you have everything.

great place the best the front beach view

Simply spectacular. I had read a negative comment that made me doubt, but I decided to wash for the location, price and photos... and how nice that I did!!!. The apartment is impeccable, it smells delicious, it is very tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. The cleanliness is 10: everything was bright, the mattresses are spotless and very comfortable, and the place is so quiet that you can't hear anything at all. I slept like never before, the room has a huge TV with access to multiple apps a total plus. The bathroom is beautiful, smells delicious and every detail is cared for with affection. The kitchen is also super equipped upon arrival there were complimentary drinks - a nice detail that is greatly appreciated. Natty is a charm takes care of you having an unforgettable stay. The truth is I regret that I did not stay more nights. I highly recommend it, do not be carried away by the bad comment, does not reflect anything what this place is!!!

Every thing & everyone were super! Condo is very nice & comfy! Great location, the view is amazing. Private but also had the amenities of the property (great restaurants on site, bellmen, tour arrangements in lobby & store for basic needs ). We spent our anniversary & my husband’s birthday here for 7nights. We’re pleasantly surprised by hosts on our special occasion. So much to see & do so close by! Larger grocery just a bus stop away. Pool & beach chairs always were always available. Great security on site 24/7. The bed was amazingly 🥰so very comfortable (and I am picky). The air conditioning was super! Trust me, central ac is a must in Mexico!! (for me anyways) and I am from a hot/humid climate in the USA. The washer/dryer was a nice plus as well ! I have been coming to Areas in Mexico for 30 years and would highly recommend this condo!! Would definitely come back. Thank you Juan & Edith for making our vacation one to remember 😘😘.

Excellent hosts, they were always on the lookout, the house was clean and as described and as is in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions to the places. Great place that exactly matches the photos and description. The hosts were available and accommodated our checkout time. Easy communication. I would recommend this place which is a short walk to a beautiful beach and offers the pool a few meters from the property.

LOVE LOVE this beautiful place!! Perfect location away from the busy of center. Gorgeous view to the east and west. Lots of space. Rooftop decks amazing! Great pool and outdoor relaxation space. Cannot wait to return

My family's vacation at Cheryl's exceeded my expectations. The condo was really comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The property manager was responsive with my family's needs, and the occupants at Estrella del Mar were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local food and fun. The beach was stunning and the island told a story Mayan history. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you!

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

This was my second time staying here and I seriously love this place. It's not in the main part of the island, which is exactly why I keep coming back -- it's super peaceful, quiet, and feels really secluded in the best way. The views of the ocean are absolutely stunning, and the space itself is gorgeous and super comfortable. One of our favorite things to do is grab a nice bottle of mezcal or tequila and make our own cocktails to enjoy out on the balcony, just staring out at the Caribbean. It’s honestly the dream. If you're looking to get away from the crowds and just relax somewhere beautiful, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back again.

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

Good accommodation only a detail with the stove took a long time to heat, it did not have a dryer or an iron for clothes, but despite that a good place, comfortable, clean, good location, and the host was attentive in every excellent place.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

An excellent stay, everything is very clean, pleasant, when the A/C arrived, it was already on, so the condo was super nice, access to public transport only a few steps away, entrance and exit, Miriam was always ready for us and communication was excellent.

I really enjoyed my 5 night stay at Marielas place. It was truly just steps from the ocean and the pool. I rented a chair at the beach club one day and the service was great. It was 900 pesos for the day and you but you get 600 pesos in credit for food and drinks. My stay was in mid May and the pool and the beach didn’t really fill up with people until late afternoon. Since the condo is right above the pool you could hear the beach club music inside but it wasn’t a problem for me. Mariela and Lucy were very communicative before the stay and I didn’t have any issues or questions for them but I feel like they would have responded right away if I needed something from them. The condo location was very walkable and felt like a safe area for me to walk around in alone. I would stay again for sure.

Amazing place, awesome host. I love it

Carla & Sebastian were super helpful & detailed in messages. They set up a driver from the airport, which I then paid the nice driver directly. They are very friendly and responsive. The building seems fairly new so there weren’t many people there and it was peaceful. The whole area is very secure. The apartment is really stunning, has pretty furniture, and a comfortable bed. AC worked well and the shower had good pressure. I absolutely love how wide the balcony doors opened in both the living room and bedroom. Lüften approved! The beachclub/restaurant isn’t much, and about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I went to the restaurant at 1:00PM to get lunch one day but they serve breakfast until 3:00PM so I left & never ended up trying it. I never found a rooftop pool.

The place was fantastic, having two full bathrooms makes a huge difference for a family vacation, the place was just looking as the pictures, there may be a little bit of traffic noise in the morning with cars driving on the boulevard, but nothing to do with the place itself
