We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation in Cancun. The host was incredibly attentive, always on the lookout for any detail to make sure our stay was perfect. The place is beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. Every detail of the accommodation makes you feel at home. The condominium is a very pleasant space to be in, with a quiet and safe atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy our days in Cancun. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with an exceptional host. It's definitely a place I'd love to return to in the future. We continue to travel to Cancun a Hotels and airbnb, and this has been one of the more entertaining airbnbs we have been, an excellent place for the family, safe, nice and very nice, the amenities were not crowded, the pleasant pools were an excellent place the always ready staff, ale castelazo our always pending concierge, we rent yacht and she got it with excellent service on the tour, in the restaurant amenities that serve you well, the apartment on the first floor with everything you need a few steps from the pool that is next to the sea, the attention of Luis and the Urhost team excellent, my family and my children are very happy, we will definitely be back in a couple of weeks! My family and I loved this place so peaceful no one bothering in anyway the rooftop pool amazing the times we were there it was empty, also ale made our stay so easy she help us get a rental car and the rental please were able to dropped off at the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful so don’t doubt about this place everything is like the pictures show you, you will love it

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

Marcella's/Lidia's studio apartment was perfect for my friend and I on a girls vacation and their communication was on point (they reached out early, very responsive). It was lovely that we got to utilize the amenities of the resort including 3 pools, beach access, daily towels, activities. [Note that you cannot order drinks/food from any bar/restaurant on site - you could pay for the all inclusive day pass but I don't recommend it, so many cool local spots to check out.] We bought our own drinks and could drink them anywhere; there was a portable cooler in the studio. The maid comes 2x/week. If you plan on eating in the room at all, I would recommend buying a sponge/dish soap. Would be nice to have a dish towel to dry utensils as well, but this is obvious a very small thing that did not impact our stay. We would absolutely stay here again; it felt both secluded and easily accessible (there is a mall right across the street with a grocery store and shopping - truly a 3 minute walk)!

If you’re a first time traveller to Cancun with a child and/or with granny like we did, this place is the right choice! It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great! There’s a giant supermarket and a shopping center alongside with well-known restaurants within a few steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay. There’s host was very friendly. We didn’t need to contact him much, because everything was good and working well!

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

This place is beautiful. Everything’s perfect. The people are friendly. This is a safe space. Plenty of security. The pool is a party spot. Family friendly. I’ll be back soon!!

everything was great.. a good option to get to know Cancun if you want to save on accommodation, there are restaurants nearby, or if you are passing through it is 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, I would stay again. with dispensers for the shower in case you don't want to open suitcases like me.

The accommodation was perfect. Everything was there, from cooking utensils to a TV for watching films or series. The air-conditioning was also very efficient, and the apartment kept cool very well too. The accommodation was close to the hotel zone and the city center. As far as our host Mario is concerned, he's really a fantastic person, taking great care to ensure that his guests have everything they need. Honestly, we couldn't have wished for a better stay. On top of that he's really understanding and wants his guests to have a good stay. Because of all this I highly recommend the accommodation.

Very well located the house in a private and quiet area, as soon as we arrived everything clean and Eli left us the clear instructions for access. I stayed with my parents and they loved the place, they commented that the next time they come they want to stay right here again, there were convenience stores and places within walking distance, the use of the car was not necessary.

This is Top 5 Airbnbs I've stayed in! Pablo was there for check-in and did a walkthrough, which was very helpful! There are a *ton* of amenities so it was nice to be made aware of everything. They've really thought of everything from the renter's perspective and what could be needed, top tier! It's in a private location so I felt very safe and it was very peaceful, both inside and out. I stayed on the bottom floor and didn't hear a peep from the person staying on the top. I entered my Bad Back era a few years ago and dread sleeping in any bed but my own but this was beyond comfortable and supportive, I slept like a rock every night! Julius and Pablo are beyond hospitable, beyond accommodating and understanding, I highly highly recommend this space!
