My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

Amazing house, pool and views of the ocean. Detailed emails with links to car service (CARM) made getting from the airport to the ferry to island and back a breeze. The pool was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Ralph’s home was nothing short of amazing — exactly as advertised and then some! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Ralph went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The house was immaculately clean — you could tell great care was taken in every detail. The pool and backyard area were super spacious and perfect for relaxing or hanging out as a group. The bedrooms were squeaky clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. It’s rare to find a place that looks just like the photos, but this one did — and somehow even better in person! I felt completely at ease during our stay, and the location was great for accessing everything we wanted to do in Cancun. This is hands down my go-to spot every time I come back to Cancun. Thank you, Ralph, for creating such a beautiful space and for being such a thoughtful host!

I can't say enough about this house. some listings have clever photography or descriptions that make them seem lovely, only to be disappointed when one arrives. This house is the opposite while the photographs are lovely, they can't begin to describe the experience. Everything was absolutely perfect and was only made better by the car and help from Monica and Noel.

The place was as described! It was clean. Host was accommodating. There was a maintenance issue and it was resolved immediately. Steps away from a beautiful beach! The perfect place for our Bachelorette Party!

La casa está súper bien ubicada, la alberca muy agusto, Eduardo siempre estuvo al pendiente en el teléfono, el único detalle fue que el wifi estaba algo lento Sería un lugar al que volvería sin duda! Lo recomiendo!

For seclusion and relaxation this is the spot! Pictures represent reality. From Cancun airport to ferry, ask host for R/T transfers (only $100) for peace of mind. Take taxi from ferry to house for only $10-15. Ezekiel was there to great us and he can also do a grocery run for you in advance. House has HUGE bedrooms, will host 8 ppl easily with room to spare. The private beach is exactly that - private! Homes, not hotels, on each side of property; all with their own beach. No construction noise for us while there. This side of island has calm waters unlike other side. Owners have removed seaweed out to 20 feet in the water. The seaweed is like short grass in your yard. It's not a big deal. We had a chef come and cook breakfast and supper for $170. They arranged golf cart for $120/day. Huge Chedraui grocery store is only 7min cart ride away; North beach less than 15. Ulan restaurant was amazing. Communication with host was outstanding. First time to island and HIGHLY recommend this home!

This 2BD/3BA suite is as advertised. Condo-style amenity offering across two adjoining guestrooms. Very clean. Great pools. Nice but small private beach. The restaurants and service on site are great. Incredible value. Joe is an awesome host. Incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. He was always eager to help. We were very happy with our stay.

Really nice and clean place to stay! Victor was really helpful with everything and friendly.

Just book it. You’ll be disappointed if you miss out. Can’t say enough good things. Place was super quiet. My wife and I pretty much had the place to ourselves short of a few interactions with maybe 1 or 2 other guests. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect. View was spectacular. No television, but that’s what made it so relaxing. Was a bit concerned about the disposal of toilet tissue, but that seems to be an island issue not specific to the home. Perfect location in the middle of the island but get a cart. Not too complicated to head north to the populated, touristy place or south to the more remote locations. Host was present and helpful. This place was a gem. Actually thinking about booking it again bringing the entire family next time.

This is a wonderful house! Clean, spacious, and located at a beautiful spot on the island. You really don’t have to leave the house. The pool, beach area, dock that you can snorkel and swim in the ocean, hot tub on the roof with a large seating area are all amazing!!! The staff is wonderful. I paid extra and they cooked breakfast each morning and set it up.

Todo en general bastante bien; la anfitriona Daranee siempre muy atenta a dudas o cualquier cosa. La alberca es bastante grande al igual que el jardín, sin embargo, consideramos que hacen falta ciertos arreglos (pintura por ejemplo) pero nada que impida que puedas pasarla bien. Agua caliente en todo momento, tiendas cercanas, una avenida grande donde hay bastantes lugares para comer, muy céntrico en general. Agradecemos profundamente la atención que recibimos, pues los vigilantes de la privada son súper amables, el jardinero y la persona que limpia la alberca, todos muy respetuosos. Sin duda nuestra primera opción cuando regresemos a Cancún

Place is great for a group spacious, big and clean got a nice court to play basketball have a real good groundskeeper name Martin who is very helpful with anything you need.

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo, la zona está muy apartada de puerto morelos y algo complicado de llegar. Aunque tuvimos que cancelar la reserva por un problema de mantenimiento en el lugar, el anfitrión entendió la situación sin problema.
