Irene was super attentive to everything, and was available in any situation. The accommodation as it appeared in the photos, the kitchen with everything equipped, everything super comfortable, the grill very good. I highly recommend renting the cabin, you won't regret it!

Everything was fine with the hosts, a beautiful, comfortable place in a very good part of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, which wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

Carlos' instructions were clear and he was attentive at all times if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos' fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked very hastily and it just happened to coincide with the cleaning. Other than that, I'd go back to the apartment, great for couples🥰.

The apartment is spotless, very comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. It has an unbeatable ocean view and a large balcony with comfortable armchairs. Self check-in. There is a large outdoor pool available (the water is very cold) and also a heated pool, gym, buffet of ready-to-eat food and drinks. Highly recommended, I would go back to the place!

Excellent experience. Enrique and his mother, who welcomed us, were super friendly. Enrique was always attentive to respond. The view is spectacular, unbeatable. The apartment is super comfortable (especially the mattresses and pillows!) with all the necessary amenities, and impeccably decorated. It is a 15/20 minute walk from Reñaca beach, although the way back is steep, as that is the geography. There are some places to buy the essentials, on foot; and a supermarket 10 minutes by car. There were small details to improve (towels, for example) and Enrique was very responsive, so surely the next traveler will receive everything, 10 points.

The whole stay was very pleasant, Gerardo is always in contact with you to make sure everything is going well. The apartment is very comfortable (ideal for going with small children, with a chair, play mat and crib if needed) and is very well located (the beach is literally across the street). We would definitely come back!

Everything was amazing, very clean and tidy, an excellent place to rest, everything nearby, just one drawback with respect to the pools that were not enabled, but everything else was highly recommended.

It has a wonderful view and everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very well located, shops nearby as to get there by walking, the place is safe to park the car and easy to order Uber/uber Eats

The apartment is fully equipped, with everything you need; super nice and decorated, comfortable, impeccable, very well decorated and organized. I would return without hesitation. Rosario is very kind, excellent service and communication.

Pablo's apartment is simply wonderful, even more beautiful than the pictures of the ad. The space is very well divided, decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing and cozy stay. The balcony with glass curtain and sea view is special and completes the ambience. Several utensils are provided and Pablo gives very clear instructions on access and everything else. Besides, it is located in a beautiful building with various amenities. Finally, the communication with Pablo was incredible, always attentive and willing to make the stay even better. I strongly recommend and if I return to Viña Del Mar, I will certainly stay there again.

Excellent apartment, with a very good location, to go out and walk without taking the car and with an unsurpassed view. The coordination with Soledad was perfect and the description was exact.

Ultra recommended to go to enjoy and connect with the sea. If you want a beautiful view this is the appropriate option. Everything was spotless and had everything needed!! She was fascinated!!
