Holiday rentals with a pool in PLAYA COCHOA

About it met my expectations. In reality the photos fail to describe the whole charm of the house. My whole family group spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotas to be remembered during a good time. As a point of improvement. The living room due to its spaciousness, with the pair of furniture looks a little empty, functional if but can better fill the space.

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

With my family we had a pleasant stay, the place was exactly as described, family, quiet, clean, great location by the sea, house with beautiful decor, all the necessary implementation and very welcoming. María Paz is an excellent host, concerned and very friendly. Would definitely go back.

All new and with attention to detail. The beds with excellent quality mattresses, as well as the bedding, soft and nice. The comfort of the living room allowed us to share as a family and relax. Our family loved our stay at Alejandra's home in Ritoque, so much so that we twice requested an extension which we were thrilled to have the opportunity to enjoy. It is a beautiful location with direct access to impressive beaches, and all the amenities for families with children. The cabin itself is spacious, while remaining cozy and extremely comfortable. Once again, excellent for families with children. If we have a chance to visit the area again, we will definitely try to stay at this same home.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

It was a very good experience, in every way! Carlos was always very attentive to any need, showed willingness, and recommended several things in the sector. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with all the implements, good access, quiet sector, totally recommended!

Excellent host, very kind and it took almost nothing to respond, the accommodation had very friendly concierges, the apartment had what was necessary and the facilities were very good...we would come back again!
