Everything is very nice, just like the photos, and the hostess is a very attentive love, she helped a lot.

The host was extremely professional. The house was exactly what is seen in the pictures. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a fun and peaceful vacation.

Villa Uno is everything described and more. I would stay at this location time and time again. It beautiful, it’s near everything, it has everything in the kitchen I needed to cook. Everything worked! Sonia response time was perfect and Daniel her maintenance person is extremely helpful and friendly. The beach is literally 2 minute walk and restaurants as well. It’s a 5 minute walk to a small grocery store and 20 to a large grocery store. Me and my family couldn’t have been happier at this Villa. And if you are worried about safety don’t be!! I walked this neighborhood at night and never felt unsafe or scared.

Jonathan was an amazing host. I was celebrating a special birthday and was nervous about the property, etc.; however, he was very responsive and ensured me that I would be pleased and have an excellent experience at the villa and on the resort. He could not have been more accurate. He assigned a personal concierge who met us upon our arrival on the resort and who ensured we received the very best experience during our stay. The villa and resort were a beautiful tropical paradise and amazing. There was a housekeeper who ensured the villa was cleaned daily. We had a private chef prepare a delicious BBQ dinner one night of our stay. There were tons of restaurants, pools, bars, and activities throughout the resort to choose from. I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams how great this stay and experience would have been. I am so happy that I selected this villa and resort to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely book and stay in his property again and recommend his property.

They stay here is very good. It is a beautiful building and interior has a great vibe. The host and team really takes care of the place. Our stay was super comfortable and the AC and showers work very well. Kitchen has everything and well equipped. The balcony is very small we did not use it, but the rooftop makes up for it! Very cool spot to check out the streets. Of the neighborhood. Just beware, there will be many people outside in the streets of the neighborhood, my girl got whistled at a few times. Also make sure you have cash if you want to use the mini market a couple blocks over or you could take a walk to the supermarket which is not far. We got our groceries there and cooked in the Airbnb. Great stay!

Beautiful accommodation! Very good location, if you are looking for a good sector close to the colonial area and sure here you will find it, we really enjoyed it, very friendly at the reception and in providing us with local food recommendations.

The place is what is needed, small but in a safe place, In the end, a problem with the electricity from the electricity company affected our stay and they were always understanding, without presenting problems, about having to cancel the reservation. Thank you very much for your kindness.

I had a great 4-night stay in Sosúa! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Everything I needed was close by: restaurants, the beach, shops, and nightlife, all within walking distance. It made getting around super easy. The check-in was smooth, the host was responsive, and overall, I just really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely come back!

Always a pleasure staying here. This has become my go-to Airbnb whenever I’m in Sosua—consistently clean, comfortable, and well-managed.

We enjoyed staying in Tawn’s place. We have stayed in Playa Dorada and San Marino many times and love the area. San Marino is on the best part of the beach and benefits from its own beach club and restaurant. The apartment is as described. It could do with a new toaster and some cereal bowls but that’s about it. We had an issue with some construction in the apartment block but Tawn was very responsive and got it sorted. Thanks for hosting us Tawn.
