Beachfront holiday rental in Playa de Cuesta Maneli

Victor is a super friendly and uncomplicated host. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the large terrace and the location, it is really right by the sea. That was just great with a small child, because you could also "quickly" go to the beach, without always having to carry everything with you. We were there from the end of May to mid-June and at least during this time, the beach was always incredibly empty (except on weekends, but even then I did not find it very crowded.) A rental car is necessary, if only because it gives you the opportunity to explore the beautiful cities in the area. We particularly liked the manageable rota. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you need. I think we weren't there for the last time. Thank you Victor for making us feel at home!

We have had a wonderful week 2 families together, we so much enjoyed the property and our time for rest & relaxation. Accommodation very close to the beach and 15 minutes walk from the center. Very quiet area and the building is not noisy, ideal for resting and spending a few days relaxing. It has its own terrace where you can spend a pleasant time without the hassle of the street. It is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the beach. Cristina treated us very kindly, let us in before the time, made suggestions for shopping and so on. Always at our disposal in case we needed anything, a delight. We will definitely repeat many more times.

A great place for your visit to Sanlucar - right by the beach and an easy walk to the centre of town for the bars and bodegas. Clean and comfortable, and Luisa was always quick to respond to messages.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

First of all, I want to emphasize how charming and attentive Manuel and Ana are. Everything was perfect from the first minute. Communication at all times and quick answers to any questions. The cottage is charming, friendly and cozy. It has everything you can imagine in the surroundings, all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. You can walk quietly through the heart of Rota without having to travel too far given how central the house is :) Do not hesitate to use the parking lot, it is right in front of the house and you are guaranteed peace of mind. Virginie welcomed us very nicely. The apartment has everything you need. The pool area is very nice.

The stay was luxurious. The villa is as it appears in the photographs, with all the amenities and everything that is in the advertisement. Communication with the host has been super good and he's been willing to do what we've asked for the schedules. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place. The house is very comfortable, it has everything you need, it is very well equipped, and is in a quiet and pleasant area. It is less than 15 minutes from the beach on foot, although there is plenty of places to park if you leave by car. Mateo has been an exceptional host. Willing to help and very friendly from minute 1. If we come back to this wonderful region, we definitely want to come back to this place. 100% recommended

The accommodation is just like the photos, spectacular. Ideal for a couple. Very easy and quick to communicate with Ana and Jesus, who recommended places to visit and restaurants in the area. We'll be back.

Wonderful apartment, right in front of the beach, close to many restaurants and wineries. Very clean and fully equipped. The Host will always be available to help. On top of that, and without us knowing in advance, the Feria de la Manzanilla was taking place, right next to the apartment. Wonderful

Our stay was excellent! The apartment was exactly as described - super clean, organized and well equipped. Fran was an impeccable host, very communicative and made check-in and check-out a lot easier. The location is perfect, very quiet and ideal for those who want to do everything on foot – beach, pool, market, restaurants… Even in front there is an extensive promenade, great for walking and running. The staff of the enterprise also deserves to be highlighted: always available to clarify all our doubts. The green area around the pool surprised us with its positive - well-kept, quiet and perfect for reading or taking a nap, much more beautiful than it looks in the photos. Although this area is known for its mosquitoes, everything was calm; we only used repellent once on our little one, as a precaution. We liked the stay so much that we even thought about extending it for a few more days, but unfortunately the apartment was already booked. See you soon!

This place is phenomenal. The apartment is huge, very spacious and has everything you need. Lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance and obviously the beach on your doorstip. And the view is even better than the photos, I couldn't rave about it any more highly. Lourdes was an amazing host, she went out of her way to help myself and my parents have a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to return. Also great location for getting into the old town on the bus (stops right outside the door) while also being able to drive in and out of the town without traffic. And having a parking spot is an absolute bonus. Everything was wonderful and it was the perfect end to our trip.

Comfortable and very clean apartment. Super easy access with excellent lifts. We had a great stay here. Apartment was nicely laid out and decorated. Balcony is spacious and has a lovely view of the ocean. Beautiful beach with very easy access from the apartment. There are beach chairs, parasols and towels for you to take with you to the beach. Apartment was quiet and airy. Comfy bed and a great shower. Kitchen had all the basics for meal prep. Lots of restaurants nearby and excellent bus service into the centre (20/25 mins). Antonio was very friendly and helpful. Good comms prior to and during stay. Recommended.

Great apartment, clean, well presented - looked just like the photos. Very quiet, we appreciated the blinds as they kept the bedroom dark and quiet (in addition to the double glazed windows). The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It is in a central location and very easy walk to the Mercado, super markets and the water front. We had a lovely stay and Susana was very responsive from booking until checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

Odete is a very kind and helpful host. She responded quickly to each of our qeustions and was very flexible with her hosting. The apartment itself is large and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen which was excellent for my family incluing 3 kinds. Each bedroom had a comforatble bed and each bathroom was very clean and modern. The apartment is seafront and the beach is in 2 minutes walking distance. The beach is amazing and clean with a beautiful white sand. There are several excellent restaurants (absolutely recommended: 351 Eddy Tapas) and supermarkets in walking distances. The city is small, very cute and cozy with nice and freindly people. All in all, it was the best beach holiday we ever had. We would definitely like to come back again, as we told Odete :)

Our stay at Antonia and Mateo's apartment was fantastic. It is a beautiful apartment , very clean, comfortable, spacious with an amazing sea view. We spent many hours watching the birds ( binoculars provided) Mateo was very helpful when we arrived showing us maps of restaurants and the lovely walks. 10/10 for everything.

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Very modern, right at the beach, incredible views and very calm. Basically walking distance to anything in Rota. Perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need even for a long term stay. Silvia was also super fast to communicate and made sure we feel ourselves at home from the first moment. I highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back one day!
